| Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bungeer is a unique woody oil and medicinal plant in China.It is rich in germplasm resources,resistant to drought,cold and barren,and has the value of ecology,energy and medicine.In this experiment,the asparagus clones in Taigu County,Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province,were used as the test materials.The phenological period of different cultivars was observed to determine the pigment content,yield and quality of the fruit.Cluster analysis was carried out on different varieties of Cortex lucifera according to different character indexes,and the fine lines were screened.The main findings are as follows:(1)By observing the phenology period of 20 clones,it was found that the six clones A109,A252,A283,G1,G20 and B001 had early sprouting time,long flowering period,late leaf falling time and long growth period.The content of carotenoid in leaves of A009 and A283 was the lowest.The pigment content of leaves of A009 and A283 was higher than that of other cultivars.The color of leaves of A009 and A283 was yellow and had ornamental value.It can be considered as an excellent line of ornamental fruit.Based on the cluster analysis of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll content,carotenoid content,total photosynthetic pigment content and chlorophyl,carotenoid index of 20 clones,A283,A109,A009 was selected as three excellent clones.In combination with phenological period of Cortex chinensis,it was concluded that A283,A109,A009 were good clones.(2)Through cluster analysis of the seven yield indexes,the fresh weight of single fruit,dry weight of fruit per plant,skin weight,seed number,hundred seed weight and kernel yield of 30 lines,it was concluded that:B001 had the best performance.The oil content,protein content,acid value and iodine value of 30 cultivars were analyzed by cluster analysis,and the results showed that B001,B005andB007 were the best.Combined with two results,it was concluded that B001,B005,B007 were selected as excellent clones. |
