| China’s arable land is shortage, food security has become a strategic issue for countries, especially the edible oil import dependency reached more than 60%, it is necessary to the development of woody grain and oil industry. Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge as our unique oil tree, it is important to study it. In this study, Xanthoceras sorbifolia seeds selected from 17 regions as the research object, and collects the climate data and soil data in each area. First, the basic traits of seed were measured. Secondly, selected the better method of oil extraction of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. And the extraction of regional seed oil with the method of screening out. The seed oils were analyzed. Finally study the relationship between climatic factors and soil factors on the corresponding area of Xanthoceras sorbifolia seed traits and seed oil index. The establishment of prediction model to cultivation of environmental factors and the regulation of provide the basis to provide basic data for Xanthoceras sorbifolia products processing industry. The results of this study are as follows:The results indicate that there is no difference between the 17 regions of the color and shape of Xanthoceras sorbifolia seeds, showed deep brown, compressed globose. Inner Mongolia Tongliao Naiman Banner Xanthoceras sorbifolia seeds maximum. Henan Lingbao seed minimum. The seed kernel rate of Yan’an was the highest. Lvliang, Shanxi, the lowest rate of seed. Based on the above indicators in 17 areas of Inner Mongolia Tongliao Naiman Banner seed quality best.Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seed as raw material, with Soxhlet extraction, ultrasonic assisted extraction and super critical CO2 extraction respectively extract Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil. The results showed that using the ultrasound assisted the Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil extraction rate is the highest. Xanthoceras sorbifolia oil physicochemical properties and fatty acid composition were detected, results show that the quality of three kinds of methods for the extraction of Xanthoceras sorbifolia oil are better, different extraction methods of oil physicochemical nature have no significant difference. Supercritical CO2 extraction of oil fatty acids are most but unsaturated fatty acids content are the lowest. The soxhlet extraction of oil fatty acids are least but unsaturated fatty acid content are the highest. The kinds of fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acid content of the oil with ultrasonic assisted method between the two methods.Based on the above results the final selection process as subsequent ultrasonic assisted extraction of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil.Choose assisted by ultrasonic wave extraction of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil and calculation of oil rate, and in different parts of the seed kernel oil of Xanthoceras sorbifolia of physicochemical properties and fatty acid composition and content were detected. The results showed there was significant difference between different regions of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seed oil content. which Jingchuan County, Pingliang City, Gansu Province, the seed oil content rate the highest. Physicochemical properties test results show, Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seed oil with high quality. GC-MS results showed that, seed oil in different regions of different composition and content of fatty acid. Linoleic acid content is the highest, followed by oleic acid. In fatty acid composition, Shandong Dongying kernel oil fatty acids are most. In the contents of fatty acids, linoleic acid content highest and minimum erucic acid content of seed oil from Jingbian.Using rstudio version 3.2.2 pls package of partial least squares regression to establish prediction model of seed and kernel parameters of oil and bio climatic and soil parameters. Several main predictions of the model are analyzed. The results showed that the model overall explain effect is good, the regulation of cultivation of environmental factors (water, organic fertilizer and so on) has an important role, it has great significance to guide the production, but the model still exist deficiencies, pending research and improve. |
