In this study, different sources of84superior clones selected by phenotypic traits as the object of study, a total of14indicators of the photosynthetic characteristics, physiological characteristics and resistance characteristics ofchlorophyll were measured, then the principal component analysis and cluster analysis based on its physiological index, differences among the types ofsignificant clustering, multiple in accordance with the cluster type, analyzed the difference between different cluster types of photosynthetic characteristicsand physiological indexes of resistance, to reveal the physiological characteristics of different indexes, and whether the difference between thesetypes is based on production of meaning and significance in breedingpotential; on this basis, it analyzed the correlation of Xanthoceras sorbifoliaphysiological characteristics and ecological environmental factors, further reveal the geographical variation of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge, source forsuperior clones of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge selection provides reference and guidance.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) According to the comparative analysis of physiologicalcharacteristics of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge, there are physiological difference between the index of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge significantly, on the84sorbifolia clones ofXanthoceras, JL59AZ01, TG01, TZ02physiological characteristics index is good, they can be used as the key observation.in the future breeding(2) The differences of physiological characteristics between the index of Xanthoceras sorbifolia significantly, especially the photosynthetic characteristics, very significant differences in genetic diversity, expositorycrown fruit rich, these differences in physiological characteristics can be used for early selection of superior clones of Xanthoceras sorbifolia.Coefficients of variation of Xanthoceras sorbifolia fruit photosynthetic indexes of different types of clones significantly, there were some variance among different individuals. The maximum net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, water use efficiency, stomatal conductance, intercellular and intracellular CO2ratio higher than average variability of chlorophyll, carotenoid and variation of nitrogen use efficiency.The overall level of variation coefficient of variation of Xanthoceras sorbifoliaresistance index of different types of clones were stable, but no significantdifference between the same. A maximum degree of variation of concentration of soluble protein of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge leaf relative conductivityvariation and leaf of Xanthoceras sorbifolia.(3) In the early selection of superior clones of Xanthoceras sorbifolia lines,screening numerical range can refer to the maximum net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate, water use efficiency and the relative conductivity and other physiological characteristics of superior clones of Xanthoceras sorbifoliaindicators to guide system, maximum photosynthetic rate lower than14.309â'šmol m-2s-1, transpiration rate higher than14.400μ. mol.m-2s-1,8.657μ below mol.m-2s-1,, water use efficiency is lower than0.830, the relative electric conductivity is higher than0.251, can be directly eliminated, can be used as a key observation physiological characteristic indexes better, combined with morphology of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge screeni.(4) The research of geographic variation of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge is:with the increase of longitude, maximum photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, soluble protein concentration increased, transpiration rate andrelative conductivity decreased; with the increasing of latitude, maximum photosynthetic rate and soluble protein concentration increased, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and relative electrical conductivity decreased;with the increase of altitude, the maximum photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate increased, reduced the relative conductivity and solubleprotein concentration.
