Research On Training Mode Of Practical Skill Type Talents In Horticulture Major In Yulin

Horticultural industry is an industry with high economic benefit,and it is also an industry with high technology content.The structural reform of agricultural supply side requires the adjustment of industrial structure to strengthen the proportion of horticultural industry,especially the modern agriculture of Facilities Horticulture,which needs to cultivate a large number of high-quality talents of practical skill type horticulture.This paper investigates and analyzes the history,current situation and future development trend of horticultural industry at home and abroad.Combined with the current situation of social,economic and Technological Development in China,Emphatically,it analyzed the development situation of horticultural industry in Yulin and the current situation of gardening professionals in Yulin.Through the analysis and study of the age structure,educational level,professional title and the distribution situation of four level talents in rural and county rural areas of Yulin City,it is concluded that the age of old horticultural technicians in Yulin,the low education and professional title,and the irrational distribution of urban and rural areas are far from adapting to the development of modern gardening in Yulin.By analyzing the current situation of horticultural professionals training in China,it is concluded that the cultivation of horticultural professionals has a heavy theory and light practice,and the practice teaching is in the subordinate position;the teaching method is single,the teaching base construction and the laboratory construction lags behind;the repeated construction and closed management of the laboratory can not be shared,the waste of teaching resources is serious;the teacher emphasis on scientific research and light teaching;the quality of students in horticulture is not good enough,and the first voluntary admission rate is not high.In order to adapt to the needs of the horticultural professionals in the socialist market economy in twenty-first Century,to develop "thick foundation,strong skills,high quality" and "wide adaptability and has expertise" practical skilled talents as the goal,Study and establish a set of effective personnel training guarantee system,which includes establishing the first level platform of the subject,strengthening the construction of the teacher team,perfecting the operation mechanism of the laboratory,perfecting the practice teaching link,the scientific and rational training program and the curriculum system,attaching importance to the enrolment and employment work,and adhering to the practice of "three articles" training system and so on.Through the study of training practical and talented talents for horticultural specialties in Yulin,the implementation of the mentors + coaching staff management model has been proposed,both of which have their own advantages and complement each other;optimize the teaching mode of professional practice and strengthen students' practical ability;to explore the new mode of professional classification teaching and classification,and promote the maximum benefit of education resources.At the same time,we will optimize the non-academic skills training model and strengthen the follow-up education for horticultural professional skills.Studying and optimizing the practical and talented personnel training mode for horticultural professionals has made some breakthroughs in strengthening students' creative education,classified education,quality education,and practical ability training.Gardening professional practical talent cultivation model of the optimization and reform make the experimental conditions,the writers of gardening specialty base construction,teachers,teaching material construction and other professional teaching condition when got obvious improvement and enhancement,professional comprehensive strength is greatly increased.The study of practical and skilled personnel training programs is based on the principles of research and practice.The teaching and teaching research results are outstanding,the quality of professional personnel training is improved,and employers and graduates are satisfied with the professional teaching work.
