In order to explore the effect of bio-organic fertilizer on the growth and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco and screening the kinds of bio-organic fertilizer suitable for paddy-tobacco area in Chenzhou.The effects of different bio-organic fertilizers on agronomic traits,chlorophyll,root status,photosynthetic characteristics,enzyme activity,material accumulation and economic traits of flue-cured tobacco were studied by using pot experiment and field test.As well as the physical characteristics of tobacco,chemical indicators,the impact of the quality of assessment.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Attapulgite organic fertilizer treatment on the early tobacco root injury,the latter on the growth of tobacco seedlings,root activity of the role.The relative content of chlorophyll reached 65.88 at 65 days.Tobacco stalks of organic fertilizer for growing tobacco seedlings and dry,root activity and catalase activity can promote its MDA content lower than the control,the chlorophyll content than the control.Bio-cake fertilizer contains a small amount of inorganic fertilizers and microorganisms,and promote the growth and dry matter,root activity,catalase activity,chlorophyll content and malondialdehyde content of flue-cured tobacco.At 45 days the root activity reached a maximum of 614.80 ug / g * h.Tobacco multi-effect of organic fertilizer on Tobacco growing and dry matter,root activity and catalase activity have a role in its MDA content higher than the control,the chlorophyll content than the control.The malondialdehyde content continued at the highest level of 55 days at the highest 0.94 umol / g.Cake fat,tobacco fertilizer and multi-effect fertilizer can be done field test transplanting hill placement of fertilizer application.(2)Three cake of a bio-organic fertilizer to promote tobacco growth and development of increased flue-cured tobacco production and output value,in improving the physical,chemical and sensory evaluation of tobacco quality has advantages.Compared with the control yield increased by 23.6% to 2349.90 kg / hm2,,the output value increased by 35.8% to 51842.04 yuan / hm2.Pure natural organic fertilizer has a great effect on leaf width,leaf area and plant height of late flue-cured tobacco.Compared with the control,B2 F potassium content increased by 0.74%,up to 2.94%,C3 F potassium content increased 0.365,up to 3.04%.Tobacco straw bio-organic fertilizer can promote the increase in leaf thickness,can reduce the equilibrium moisture content.The bio-organic fertilizer compared to the control increased flue tobacco pitch 0.34 cm,up to 5.67 cm and optimize the sensory evaluation index of flue-cured tobacco.(3)Three cake of a biological organic fertilizer is suitable for Chenzhou rice flue-cured tobacco organic fertilizer.
