Effects Of Different Organic Fertilizer And Application Amount On Growth And Quality Of Flue-cured Tobacco At Zheng’an

The effects of different organic fertilizer and application amount on the conventional chemical composition, aroma components, smoking quality, product and quality of flue-cured tobacco were researched to explore reasonable Application scope of different organic fertilizer at Zheng’an tobacco-growing areas. The results showed that:(1) The output value, yield, upper and middle class ratio of tobacco leaf were highest when the application amount of self-made organic fertilizer and commercial organic fertilizer in600kg/hm2. Suitable application amount of organic fertilizer should choose600kg/hm2. Self-made organic fertilizer could weak increase the output value and yield of flue-cured tobacco than commercial organic fertilizer.(2) The aroma quality, aroma, mixed gas, through primary, sweetness, aftertaste, concentration, strength, smoking total scores were highest when the application amount of self-made organic fertilizer and commercial organic fertilizer in600kg/hm2. Self-made organic fertilizer was good at improving stimulation, through primary, middle leaf smoking total scores, but commercial organic fertilizer was good at improving the sweetness, aftertaste, strength, upper leaves smoking total scores. The aroma quality, aroma, mixed gas, soft degrees and concentration were little difference between self-made organic fertilizer and commercial organic fertilizer.(3) Total sugar, reducing sugar, potassium, potassium chloride ratio were increased when the application amount of self-made organic fertilizer and commercial organic fertilizer in600kg/hm2, and total nitrogen, nicotine, protein, chlorine, pH, sugar to nicotine ratio, nitrogen to nicotine ratio were maintained in the appropriate range. The self-made organic fertilizer could reduce weakly the contents of total sugar, sugar and nicotine content, and improve weakly total nitrogen, protein, potassium and chlorine content of tobacco leaf than commercial organic fertilizer. The pH and sugar to nicotine ratio of tobacco have not obvious changes between self-made organic fertilizer and commercial organic fertilizer.(4) The neophytadiene, total aroma components (excluding neophytadiene), total aroma components (including neophytadiene) and aroma index B value is highest when the application amount of self-made organic fertilizer in900kg/hm2. The neophytadiene, total aroma components (including neophytadiene) is highest when the application amount of commercial organic fertilizer in300kg/hm2, The total aroma components (including neophytadiene)and aroma index B value is highest when the application amount of commercial organic fertilizer in600kg/hm2. The neophytadiene, total aroma components (excluding neophytadiene), aroma components total (including neophytadiene) and aroma index B value were lower homemade organic fertilizer than commercial organic fertilizer.Considering product and quality, smoking quality, conventional chemical composition and aroma components, the application amount of self-made organic fertilizer and commercial organic fertilizer should choose the600kg/hm2.
