At present,the total amount of water resources is insufficient in China,and its spatial and temporal distribution is uneven.The lack of water severely restricts agricultural development.Promoting the water and fertilizer integration is the only way to ensure national food security and promote the transformation of agricultural development methods.This topic is part of a new type of facility agricultural machinery equipment R&D project.This paper designs a set of water and fertilizer integration control system based on the Internet of things through the system structure,the control algorithm,the wireless communication way,the software and the hardware design research.The water and fertilizer integration controller takes the STM32F103ZET6 microprocessor as the core,supplemented by the power supply circuit,Wi-Fi communication circuit,external storage circuit,analog acquisition circuit,acquisition flow circuit and control interface circuit.Based on the Wi-Fi technology,the controller can realize the following functions: remotely managing greenhouse groups;storing data at the same time to the cloud server.It can accurately control the performance requirements of fertilization matching ratio according to the crop demand in the greenhouse.In the greenhouse,the environmental parameters are collected through three sensing nodes,which are uploaded to the cloud server via the irrigation controller.The Yeelink,OneNET and Tencent cloud server selection tests are conducted in the greenhouse.OneNET cloud server is used as a cloud platform for remote monitoring and storage.The software uses the ?C/OS-II operating system to manage task modules,including analog acquisition,Wi-Fi communication,output control tasks,and scanning matrix keyboards,it makes the control system have good real-time performance.In order to more accurately control the proportion of water and fertilizer flow,this paper uses the RBF-PID model to control the single-channel or two-way fertilizer pump,The RBF-PID model can be controlled system to meet the requirements of water and fertilizer integration control system than the traditional PID model through simulation and experimental results,it's more stable and precision,with a wider range of application prospects.
