In recent years,with the continuous increase of China's comprehensive national strength,the country's agricultural nodernization pace has also become faster and faster.In the "National Agricultural Modernization Plan(2016-2020)" issued by the State Council in 2016,"planned to carry out zero gro.vth in the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.Action,integrated promotion of water and fcnmizer integrated fertilization technology is an important measure to promote China's agricultural modernization.However,there arc still some difficulties in the promotion of water and fertilizer integration technology in China.The high-end products in foreign countries have excellent performance,strong functions and high intelligence,but they arc expensive,and the maintenance is difficult in the later stage.The degree of localization is not high.The domestic integrated water and fertilizer products Compared with the low price,the after-sales is relatively convenient,but there arc generally shortcomings such as poor function and low control precision.Based on the investigatiozi of a large number of related products at home and abroad,systematically summarizing and synthesizing related literatures at home and abroad,this paper studies the establishment of fertilizer model in water and fedilizer integration technology and water and fertilizer regulation equipment and its control system as follows;1)Fertilization model study based on 3414 test data.A BP neural network was used to construct a fertilization model with input of soil nutrient content and fertilization as output.The effects of different network node numbers,transfer functions and learning algorithms on the accuracy of the model arc aoalyzed.After continuous adjustment of the model,a fertilization model with a test average error of 3.5%was finally constructed.The value obtained by using the model can be used as a basis for fertilization to a certain extent.2)Research on fuzzy controllers.Using EC value as the basis forjudging the concentration of fertilizer,a fuzzy control system for water and fenilizer control equipment was constructed,and the control model was simulated by Simulink.The simulation results were analyzed to conclude that the controller met the performance requirements.3)Research on actuators and controllers of the first hub of the fertiliser.According to the design requirements,analyze the performance parameters of each component of the system,and reasonably carry out hardware selection and software desigl to ensure that the water and fertilizer integrated machine can meet the performance indicators and functional requirements.4)Human-computcr interaction interface research.The research builds a clear and easy-to-understand system control interface that uses graphical and animated interfaces to more intuitively represent system data,status,and alarm information.
