| Water and fertilizer integration technology is an effective measures to realize synchronization of water and nutrient supply,and water and fertilizer integration technology can not only save water and fertilizer,and make water and fertilizer utilization get bigger,but also avoid the waste of fertilizer caused by traditional fertilization and harm to the environment caused by the flows into the seas,rivers and lakes.So water and fertilizer integration technology is an important means of agricultural production in the process of agricultural development in China.The water and fertilizer technology and automation technology can not only effectively improve crop yield,it can also save a lot of labor costs and thus improve the efficiency of the whole agricultural production.We can say that the combination of water and fertilizer integration and automation technology in China is moving towards an important process of precision agriculture production,and is a milestone from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture production in China.With lettuce as example,this paper,using the application of computer vision technology nondestructive evaluation of plant growth,and through the research of potash in different growth stages of plant physiological effects,tries to predict the next phase of supply water content ratio.In order to realize the relative optimal ratio of potash fertilizer and water plant to provide the basis,a hydroponic experiment was carried out the selection of the optimum concentration,using the Japanese garden tries concentration of nutrient solution formula as the standard,the control test for hydroponic lettuce is to find the most suitable concentration.Under the standard concentration of five groups of different concentrations of hydroponic experiments,choose the five gradient concentration 0%、25%、50%、75%、100%.And to take the hydroponic experiment of plant potassium deficiency,in order to obtain different potassium deficiency under the condition of plant leaf image.In the case of other conditions the same proportion of different potassium deficiency of hydroponic experiment was carried out respectively,the optimal concentrations of potassium concentration in lettuce mix take the five gradient of 0%、25%、50%、75%、100%in five times a hydroponic experiment was carried out,in a hydroponic lettuce were collected in the process of the early,middle and late leaf images of different proportion of potassium deficiency situation.First samples of lettuce leaf image,first get need target image preprocessing,and then through the image distance algorithm,RGB three color histogram and corner detection to get different blade under the circumstance of potassium deficiency,the feature information of the image.Collect images plant the current state of the leaf growth and to test the plant health characteristics;Based on the current leaf by leaf image after image preprocessing torque and the use of RGB color histogram,image,the corner detection will be after processing,the real-time leaf images and plant potassium deficiency of leaf image were analyzed to determine potassium deficiency,to improve the effectiveness of the integration of water and fertilizer regulation and accuracy.By the current of the wavelet neural network to evaluate plant growth and health status,forecast the next phase of water and fertilizer dosage and proportion.Finally the required ratio requirements transmitted to PLC,through the PLC to implement the regulation of water and fertilizer and irrigation control.Control of water and fertilizer control system with PLC as the core of control system,the system can realize a hydroponic ratio of different fertilizer potassium deficiency of plants.Through this system remote control can be carried out,and touch screen control is used to regulate the percentage of fertilization.The system can monitor plant growth environment of light,temperature,humidity and other information to assist the hydroponic condition of control,ensure good plant growth environment. |
