| In China’s traditional irrigation,large water irrigation,uneven fertilizer application and other phenomena prevail,resulting in low utilization of water and fertilizer resources.There is a shortage of about 30 billion square meters of water for agricultural irrigation in China,causing water shortage in 100 million mu of soil.With the development of smart agriculture,the traditional manual irrigation and fertilization methods cannot meet the development needs of smart agriculture,and agricultural modernization and smart irrigation have become the development trend of agriculture today.Comprehensive domestic and foreign intelligent irrigation related technology and research,this paper designs a water and fertilizer integrated intelligent irrigation system,which aims to solve the problem of suitable irrigation amount for crops.The system adopts Io T architecture and realizes the intelligent irrigation of water and fertilizer integration through microcontroller,PLC and algorithm.Among them,microcontroller collects environmental data,PLC controls irrigation equipment,and fuzzy neural network PID guides electric ball valve opening and solenoid valve opening and closing time,so as to achieve accurate and suitable irrigation volume prediction and meet the demand of smart agriculture.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,data acquisition module collects six kinds of environmental data,including air temperature and humidity,soil temperature and humidity,soil p H,and light level,which can fully express the environmental information around the crop,and carries out data acquisition,data processing,and packaging on the cloud through STM32 microcontroller to ensure that the hardware module can be built to meet the software as well as the implementation of algorithms.Secondly,hardware design of water and fertilizer integrated intelligent irrigation system,the system actuating device with PLC controller as the core,completes the monitoring of EC and p H value as well as mother liquor and water flow during water and fertilizer mixing process,and finally realizes water and fertilizer mixing and irrigation work through the actuating device,including electric ball valve,solenoid valve and centrifugal pump,the system uses human-computer interaction interface and builds an easy-to-understand control interface.Information such as data information,status information and historical data are displayed using graphical and animated interfaces.Finally,a simulation model was established for the control object,and the control performance of conventional PID control,fuzzy PID control,neural network PID control,and fuzzy neural network PID control on closed-loop control system at step signal input was simulated.And the Simulink graphical simulation environment in MATLAB 2021 b software was used for simulation comparison experiments.The results show that the control system based on fuzzy neural network PID has small overshoot,smooth response curve and good stability,while the system regulation time is better than the other three PID control algorithms,and the control system enters the steady state faster and has good control performance. |
