Analysis Of Technical Efficiency Of Forestry Production In Central China

Forestry is a set of economic,social and ecological effects in one of the industry,which has an important meaning to the development of our country industry "five in one" development layout.The construction of ecological civilization,to achieve sustainable development of forestry is an important issue in the development of forestry in China,forestry sustainable development through technological progress,improve production technology the efficiency of forestry to complete.Based on the technological progress and economic growth theory,the current situation of the development of the central region of forestry were analyzed,2003-2015 China forestry statistical yearbook macro data based on the use of three stage DEA model,on the technical efficiency of forestry production in central region were calculated,and analyzed the change trend of technical efficiency of forestry production in the central region,factors the convergence of the regional and technical efficiency of forestry production.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)has the following characteristics: Forestry Development in the middle area of forest resources in the central region is abundant in ecological construction and remarkable achievements,but the outcome of the consolidation task;forestry economic effect prominent features of forestry;large investment funds the channel wide,but compared with the eastern region still has a large gap.(2)through the calculation of the three phase of DEA,the result of the first stage is drawn: Central Comprehensive technical efficiency overall mean value is 0.8175,the level of technical efficiency is relatively low,the overall efficiency loss is 18.25%.pure technical efficiency value is 0.9945,close to 1,indicating the pure technical efficiency of the central region as a whole is relatively effective.The scale efficiency value is 0.8218,the scale efficiency loss accounted for 97%,indicating loss of technical efficiency is almost the size of low efficiency caused.(3)the second stage regression by SFA regression model in environment variables,forest area,influence the level of forestry staff culture on forestry production efficiency is negative.The incidence rate of forest pest,forest pest prevention rate,per capita GDP,forestry system reform and the positive effect of using foreign capital in forestry the production technical efficiency.(4)after the third stage of DEA adjustment,the central area of forestry of pure technical efficiency is 1,has reached the optimal level.The comprehensive technical efficiency increased slightly,but the efficiency The value has not yet reached the level of effective,is mainly caused by the scale efficiency value is not high.(5)based on the change trend of forestry production technical efficiency analysis of central China,the results indicate that the 2003-2015 in the central region forestry comprehensive technical efficiency and scale efficiency through process first decreased and then increased,and in 2014 after the comprehensive technical efficiency value to reach an effective level.Pure technical efficiency of the central region has maintained the optimal level value,no fluctuation.(6)using the absolute convergence of the central region beta convergence model test between regions,that technical efficiency within the central area,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are beta convergence,the efficiency value of the regional disparity in shrinking.
