Effect Of Ginseng Leaf Polysaccharides And Moringa Oleifera Polysaccharides On The Immune Performance Of Yuehuang Chicken

Plant polysaccharides have a wide range of biological activities and are characterized by non-toxicity,no side effects,and high biological activity.Immune regulation is one of the most important biological activities,and it has gradually become a research and development hotspot for green immunopotentiators.In this study,ginseng leaf polysaccharide and Moringa oleifera polysaccharide were used as the subjects to study their regulatory effects on immune function in broiler chickens during brooding period.In the first trial,A total of 600(1-day-old)Yuehuang chickens were randomly divided into 5 groups.Astragalus polysaccharides were used as positive control,and 0.005%,0.01%,and 0.02% of ginseng leaf polysaccharide were added to drinking water for a period of 28 days.At the 14,21,and 28 days,the index of immune organs,the activity of cytokines in serum,and the concentration of Newcastle disease antibodies were detected.The serum biochemical parameters were measured at the 28 day.In the second experiment,water extract alcohol precipitation was used to extract Moringa oleifera polysaccharides.A total of 450(28-dayold)healthy Yuehuang chickens were randomly divided into 5 groups.Astragalus polysaccharides were used as positive control,0.01%,0.02%,0.04% Moringa Leaf polysaccharides were added to drinking water for a period of 28 days.The serum cytokine activity and Newcastle disease antibody concentrations were measured at 35,42,and 49 days of age.Test results are as follows:1.Adding 0.02% ginseng leaf polysaccharide to drinking water can significantly promote the growth of Yue Huang chicken(1~28 days old).2.The addition of ginseng leaf polysaccharide in drinking water can promote the development of immune organs in the broiler chicken broiler during the brooding period,especially 0.02% ginseng leaf polysaccharide can significantly promote the development of thymus,spleen and bursa of Fabricius of Yuehuang chicken.3.Adding 0.01% ginseng leaf polysaccharide to drinking water can significantly promote the secretion of IL-2,TNF-?,and IFN-? from the early stage(1~28 days)of broiler chickens and significantly increase the activity of NK cells.4.Adding ginseng leaf polysaccharide to drinking water can significantly increase the concentration of Newcastle disease antibody in the early stage(1~28 days of age)of Yuehuang chicken,and the best effect is 0.01%.5.The total sugar content of polysaccharide from Moringa oleifera leaves was 76.45%,and the galacturonic acid content was 80.62%.6.0.01% Moringa oleifera polysaccharide could significantly increase the IL-12,TNF-?,IFN-? secretion and NK cell activity of immune cells in the late brooding period(29~49 days)of broiler chickens,but the IL-2 and Newcastle disease antibodies concentration had no significant effect.
