Abstract/Summary:
Potato is the fourth largest staple food in China.The strategy of potato grain growth will promote the development of the potato processing industry chain.Winter potato occupies a large output value in southern winter crops,but its mechanical peeling technology is not yet mature.We need to study the mechanical peeling technology and peeling rate of potatoes.,and provide technical support for potato processing industry.According to the current domestic potato peeling rate determination method and standard of the lack of unified,the experiment research the determination method of potato peel rate.The results showed that the iodine solution with a certain concentration of staining on potato peeling part,using Adobe Photoshop 6 as a method for the determination of peeling processing software and Matlab 7 software on the peeling rate of potatoes is feasible.The potato is not high cleaning and cleaning water consumption problems in the process of peeling rate,based on the theory of TRIZ design a peeled potato cleaning machine,it is set up two kinds of three-dimensional model of potato cleaning peeled machine,and the feasibility and optimal design is analyzed,focused on key parts of potato peeling device and slag water filtering circulation system to optimize the structure design.Manufacture and assembly of the prototype is completed.To determine the optimal parameters of potato peeling equipment,the multi factor and multi-level peeling test research,surface optimization and optimization of response to the test results by using Design-Expert.V8.0 software,the experiment on the test data,the results showed that when the drum speed at 21r/min,the feeding quantity is 43kg/min,the tilt angle of 1 degrees when the model is stable and reliable.The potato peeling rate can reach 90%,and the effect is good,and the potato peeling equipment is high efficient and low cost operated.The structure of this device is suitable for regular potato cleaning and peeling.Its continuous peeling performance is good.It can filter and recycle residue from peeling process,and is convenient to be compatible with other equipments to form potato processing line.The potato peeling rate determination method and cleaning peeling technology has been applied for the national patent development.The test results show that the machine has good peeling effect,effectively saving water resource,convenient and reliable operation,low cost,and provides technical support for the development of potato processing industry.
