Cotton is an important industrial raw material,and cotton stalks are rich in cellulose,lignin,and polypentose,and also have high development and utilization value.Cotton stalks are currently mainly used for returning fields,paper making,energy utilization,making edible fungi,converting into feed,and making cotton stalk recombination materials.The cotton stalk recombination material is an artificial plate: that is,using cotton stalks as raw materials,After peeling,a cotton stalk that does not break in the axial direction is obtained,and then a new type of artificial board formed after a series of processes such as drying,sizing,paving,and hot pressing.The scientific and effective use of this resource can solve the problem of cotton stalk waste.The majority of farmers bring economic benefits.The research and application of the preparation of cotton stalk recombination wood has broad prospects,but through further research on the current problems of the production and processing of cotton stalk recombination wood and the peeling machine,it is found that the fundamental reason that restricts the development of cotton stalk recombination wood is the xylem of the cotton stalk after peeling Different degrees of fracture in the axial direction,the loss rate of the cotton stalk is too high or the peeling rate does not meet the requirements,and maintaining the original shape of the cotton stalk is conducive to improving the physical and mechanical properties of the reorganized wood.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the method of peeling cotton stalks,and design a cotton stalk peeling machine that will not destroy the original shape of the cotton stalk to solve the above problems.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Study the physical and mechanical properties of cotton stalks.In order to obtain the effect of moisture content and diameter on the pressure resistance of cotton stalks,fresh cotton stalks were harvested in Anxiang County,Changde City,Hunan Province,and a SANS microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine was used for compression tests to determine that the moisture content of the cotton stalks should be taken during the peeling test.The rate is 20%-30%,under this moisture content condition,when the cotton stalk diameter is 15 mm,the pressure resistance is 700N;when the cotton stalk diameter is 20 mm,the pressure resistance is 1600N;when the cotton stalk diameter is 25 mm,the pressure resistance is 2600 N.(2)The overall design of the cotton stalk peeling machine and the mechanical analysis of the abrasive belt and peeling roller.In order to design a cotton stalk peeling machine that meets the theoretical requirements,it is necessary to determine the peeling method and peeling principle,complete the structure design of the peeling machine,and calculate the key parameters of the peeling machine.The spring value of the spring is greater than 106 N and less than 311 N,and the feed rate is: 16m/min-20m/min,the belt speed is: 6m/min-10m/min,the motor power is determined to be 0.81 k W and 1.62 k W according to the belt speed,the mechanical analysis and finite element analysis of the peeling roller are carried out to determine the design For the rationality of parts and specific processing methods,a solid prototype of an extruded and ground cotton stalk peeling machine was produced at Hunan Agricultural University.(3)Carry out the peeling test on the peeling machine.In order to obtain the best values of peeling rate and loss rate,the feed speed,belt speed and spring elasticity value are the test factors,and the peeling rate and loss rate are evaluation indicators.The cotton stalk peeling machine is used for the peeling test to obtain the peeling machine.The best combination of working parameters,feed speed: 18m/min,belt speed: 6.3m/min,spring elasticity value: 208 N,the peeling rate is 83.071%,the loss rate is 13.994%,observe the peeling After the machine has been working continuously for 3 hours,the abrasive belt is worn.It is further determined that the abrasive belt grinding is suitable for cotton stalk peeling.
