At present,the remnant of our orchard is difficult to collect.Basically,it is artificial to pick up the ground head,because the germs are more,in order to prevent infection,most of the fruit farmers directly accumulate the stump and burn it on the spot.Such treatment,bring a lot of problems: the fruit of the intensity of labor is big,resource waste and environmental pollution is serious,has violated the system to continue the development of the strategy,how to mechanical recovery of fruit trees of branches,is the key to solve the problem.Based on the research of the domestic and international collector: traditional collector and is suitable for collecting and orderly,the soft straw and grass or other materials,and in view of the jujube tree branches high hardness,disordered materials,collecting agencies do not meet the job requirements.At present,there is little research on the mechanical picking of branches,especially the research on the method of picking up the leaves of jujube trees.Therefore,the research object of the xinjiang jujube tree stump was designed to accelerate the mechanization harvesting process of the remnant branches of jujube trees.In combination with the morphological characteristics,mechanical properties and planting patterns of the residual branches of jujube trees,the paper uses SolidWorks,AutoCAD and ANSYS digital software to carry out 3d design and simulation of the collecting mechanism.Finite element analysis of the main components,on the basis of the stress deformation cloud diagram,the optimization mechanism,determine the preliminary design of the mechanism.In the end,the research was developed to pick up the test bed,and the simulation mechanism was used in the field to pick up the optimal parameters and optimize the optimal parameters.Research work completed in this paper:(1)according to the investigation of xinjiang's southern xinjiang region,the planting pattern of the red jujube in xinjiang is short and dense,most of which are used: the row spacing is 4m*1.5m,and the part is adopted: 3m*2m planting mode.In recent years,the local area is convenient for mechanical operation,accelerating the mechanization harvesting process of jujube,and the planting space is improved.On the basis of planting pattern,the work width of the collecting mechanism is 1.2m,and the width of the machine is about 1.5m.(2)we have designed the stir of 1:1 ratio of gear shaft speed of roller jujube debris collector,due to the xinjiang Chinese jujube planting patterns,design width of 1.2 m Chinese jujube debris collecting station,simulation jujube debris collecting process.The pick up device of the test bed meets different tooth profile replacement,adjustable Angle of installation,high pitch and high gear,as well as the test requirement of the rotating speed of the key parts of the machine to pick up the effect.The models and sizes of the standard parts for each system are determined by theoretical analysis and calculation.(3)we carried out a finite element analysis of the key parts of the picking up of the remnant branches of jujube trees,and improved the parts after analysis,which increased the stability of the work of the collecting mechanism,and verified through the experiment to meet the actual work requirements of the organization.(4)through the single factor experiment,when the parameters of tooth type 1,stir the tooth pitch to 10 cm,dial the tooth pitch for 20 cm,on the dial the tooth depth of 9.5 cm,stir depth of 13.5 cm,collecting rates and collecting efficiency to obtain the optimal value;The main factors that influence the picking effect are speed,forward speed,Angle of the lower gear tooth installation,and the Angle of installation ofthe upper and lower teeth.And through to the collector and rotational speed,forward speed,stir tooth installation Angle,stir the installation of the tooth Angle on the four factors three levels orthogonal test,it is concluded that the optimal parameter combination for a ropriating Angle 90 °,tooth and tooth Angle150 °,the speed of 100 r/min,the speed of 1 km/h.Last roll of jujube debris collector and the optimal level of operation results: when the test is carried out on the roller jujube debris collector in height H = 1 cm from the ground,jujube residual moisture content is 6% ~ 6.5%,60 ~ 100 cm in length,under the condition of collecting,0 ~ 3 cm in diameter of roller jujube debris collector and collecting rate was 92%,the collecting efficiency of 23 / min.(5)optimization and improvement plan of roller collecting mechanism:Optimization of tooth shape;Add shovel teeth;Optimization of the mechanism drive;The roller collecting mechanism + automatic control system.
