Objective:Doxamidine, the main component of dexmedetomidine,is widely used in small animal medical clinics. In the daily use of Doxamidine,we may use it together with Zoletil 50,Alpha Sharon, fentanyl and butorphanol to achieve better results. Therefore, this article intends to use Doministry in cannie surgery, and to collect the corresponding body temperature, respiration, heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure,end-tidal carbon dioxide data indicators, and analysis. It is expected that analysis of the data will provide useful guidance for anesthesia of doxorubicin.METHODS:This experiment was mainly conducted through injection anesthesia using Doxamidine and Zoletil 50 mixed into DZ mixture.Doxamidine and butorphanol were used for induction of anesthesia. After induction with propofol, intravenous infusion was performed with Doxamidine. The pump was infused constantly. These three methods were followed by inhalation anesthesia induced directly with propofol to perform a uterus oophorectomy and record the monitoring data.RESULTS:Changes in body temperature, respiration, heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, etc.during inhalation anesthesia after multiple anesthesia and propofol-induced anesthesia were analyzed over time, including body temperature, heart rate, and oxygen saturation Significant difference(P<0.05);Inhalation anesthesia and propofol-induced anesthesia for inhaled anesthesia after doxamide-induced anesthesia for body temperature, respiration, heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and end-tidal carbon dioxide There was no change in time between end-to-end expiration of C02 and time, and there was a significant difference between body temperature and heart rate(P<0.05).Domimicidine was used to perform inhalation anesthesia after constant infusion of intravenous infusion pump and propofol-induced anesthesia. The blood, oxygen, oxygen, oxygen saturation, and end-tidal carbon dioxide data all changed with time, and there was a significant difference in body temperature and heart rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dormizine has a relatively large effect on body temperature and heart rate in the process of anesthesia for canine anesthesia. It requires anesthesiologists to pay more attention to observation and timely dispose of related anesthetic side effects to ensure the safety of anesthesia.
