Study On Management Efficiency Of Scale Dairy Farm In Heilongjiang Province

At present,China attaches great importance to the scale culture of dairy cows,striving for more than 70% of the 100 head of dairy cattle in 2020,and the dairy farming industry is in the transition period of "continuous withdrawal of scattered households and the gradual rise of scale farms",and dairy farming is facing scale development.According to the previous study,it is found that the dairy farmers in Heilongjiang are rapidly withdrawing,and the dairy and breeding areas can not adapt to the current market development,and gradually transform into the form of large-scale culture.The scale culture has become the leading organization form of the current cow breeding in Heilongjiang province.Although the dairy cattle breeding in Heilongjiang is changing to the scale culture,the management efficiency of some large-scale dairy cattle farm has been seriously affected by the shortage of management personnel and so on.The management efficiency has become an important factor reflecting the economic benefit of the dairy cattle farm,and the management efficiency is a problem.It is one of the topics that must be paid attention to in the development of dairy farming in Heilongjiang province.Therefore,this paper focuses on the management efficiency of large-scale dairy farms in Heilongjiang province.This paper,based on the literature of three aspects of domestic and international dairy farms,dairy farming efficiency and management efficiency,first clarified the scope of the scale of dairy cattle farm in this paper,including 100-499 for small scale,500-999 for medium scale,and more than 1000 heads as the big norm;at the same time,it combines the theory of economies of scale and birth.The theory of the antenatal surface.Secondly,we determine the method of determining management efficiency in this paper-DEA method,construct the evaluation index system from two aspects of input and output,determine the specific content of the research questionnaire according to the selected indexes and related contents,and then use the questionnaire survey method to investigate and investigate the 55 standardized dairy farms in 8 regions in Heilongjiang province.After analyzing the basic management status,the management efficiency of large-scale dairy farms in Heilongjiang is calculated and analyzed.The results show that the management efficiency of the dairy cattle farm in Heilongjiang is generally low,which is mainly limited to pure technical efficiency;the input-output structure of dairy farms in different scale is unreasonable;the dairy farm of different scale has the possibility to expand the scale;the scale of the medium scale(500-999)dairy farms is the best.Therefore,this paper suggests that the large-scale dairy farms in Heilongjiang province improve the efficiency of management from four aspects of improving the input-output structure,improving the level of single production,the moderate scale development and promoting the integration of culture and processing,and then increase the efficiency.
