Presently the breeding industry for cows of our country is in the transformation period that the traditional aquaculture model conducted by spread breeders is gradually converted into the large-scale aquaculture model with the occurring question that the management level and preventing and controlling skills need urgent improvement in the latter model. The study anchored at the management point of large-scale dairy farms through the serosurvey of the 5 commonly-occurred infectious diseases(Brucellosis, Tuberculosis, Paratuberculosis, Bovine diarrhea viral disease, Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis) with the ELISA method and the isolation, biochemistrical identification and drug resistent test for the pathogentic bacteria of bovine mastitis on the 10 big and medium-sized large-scale dairy farms in Inner Mongolia. The results showed that the average positive rate of the Brucellosis, Tuberculosis, Paratuberculosis,Bovine diarrhea viral disease, Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis were separately 19.7%(0%-65%), 4.4%(0%-15.8%),8.4%(0%-22%),91.1%(68.5%-100%),2.7%(0%-15%),87.7%(32.7%-100%). The separated pathogenic bacteria of the bovine mastitis consisted of 49 strains belonged to 7 genera which mainly included Streptococcus dysgalactiae, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The polyinfection incidence was about 56.7% resulted from two or more kinds of mixed bacterial infection simultaneously and the Streptococcus dysgalactiae was the dominant pathogenic bateria in the polyinfection.
