In large-scale industrial production,collectioning data of production process is the basis for the industrial implementing meticulous management and Intellectual creation.Through the analysis of process data,we can realize the requirements of improving product quality,optimizing automatic control model and production failure analysis.Currently large-scale facility agricultural production method is similar to the production line in the industry,appearing the characteristics of similar industry.Analyzing the development of data collection of agricultural production processes at home and abroad,combined with the current situation and actual needs of the planting base,taken a green vegetable planting base in Qian’an City as the research object,and realized the data collection of greenhouses in the planting base,provided integral planting process data for each department of the plantation base.The paper analysis of the greenhouse control equipment of the planting base,combined with the geographical location information,with the requirements of economical,reliable and maintenance-free,built a dedicated data communication network combining the wired and the wireless.Design the communication protocol conversion gateway based on μC/OS-II embedded operating system,and complete the conversion of Modbus RTU to Modbus TCP communication protocol.Select the universal OPC communication method currently to realize the reading of the communication gateway data by the server.Through the analogy of the database,determined the compression and decompression algorithms,data reading methods,and file storage methods of the acquisition system,complying the collection of greenhouse data in the planting base,and the data needs of the planting base. |
