The physical quantity describing soil respiration intensity is called soil carbon flux,and its accurate measurement is a key link in the study of global carbon cycle and climate change.Due to the lack of similar mobile control terminals in the same type of equipment,the soil carbon flux monitor developed by our research group has some defects,such as cumbersome operation steps,insufficient real-time control ability and low data sharing efficiency,which seriously affects the use experience and application ability of the instrument.Aiming at these defects,a soil respiration data management system based on Android client is designed and implemented.The research work includes:(1)Using WiFi technology and the data receiving and sending protocol designed in this study,Android client has powerful control ability to soil carbon flux monitor.Using UI interaction technology,database technology and chart drawing technology,Android client has rich data visualization function and excellent data management ability.Using HTTP protocol and web background technology,Android client can easily upload the soil carbon flux data stored locally to the cloud,or access the uploaded data through PC browser,which greatly improves the sharing ability of soil carbon flux data.(2)Aiming at the problem of data collection when using multiple soil carbon flux monitors to establish monitoring network,a mobile data collection strategy was proposed and its implementation scheme was given.The strategy uses multi-color grid graph environment modeling method to improve the modeling accuracy of obstacles in similar research;uses the maximum mean clustering algorithm to prolong the life of the monitoring network and reduce the number of data collection points;uses the shortest obstacle avoidance and traversal path planning strategy,which can quickly calculate the mobile data collection path visiting all data collection points once and only once.Simulation results show that the mobile data collection strategy is stable,efficient and meets the application requirements.In this study,a comprehensive Android terminal management system was designed for the soil carbon flux monitor,which solved various deficiencies in the original device control,and provided an efficient mobile data collection strategy for the application scenarios of multiple soil carbon flux monitors,which greatly improved the application ability of soil carbon flux monitor.This study has a certain reference significance for the development of the same type of agricultural equipment informatization. |
