The Research On Apoptosis Cell Cytokines In The Expression Level Of Degradation Of Yanbian Yellow Cattle Corpus Luteum

For the study of various cytokines with the expression changes in different periodic cycle of corpus luteum of yanbian yellow cattle,use progesterone detection,TUNEL staining method and RT-PCR analysis experiment method to detecte the expression level of Bcl-2 family(Bcl-2,Bax,Bad,Bid),Fas,FasL,Caspase 3,and get the following results:1.Detecting the resulte of progesterone content shows a high progesterone concentration in the early and middle,and low progesterone concentration in later and CA.2.TUNEL staining shows the luteal cells are negative reaction in initial and metaphase,hardly observing apoptotic cells.On the contrary,the late luteum and CA are positive reaction,observing more apoptotic cells.3.RT-PCR analysis shows that in the mRNA expression of bcl-2,luteal meta phase was significantly higher than initial and later luteal and the white body(p<0.05)seldom express,the degradation of luteal and decline of Bcl-2/Bax show more apoptosis;in the mRNA expression of Fas/Fasl,the later and the white body was significantly higher than metaphase and the initial(p<0.05),the expression of Bid and caspase-3 in the later and white body were significantly higher than the metaphase and the initial,Bad expressed in the initial,metaphase,later and white bodies(p>0.05).
