In view of the low industrialization level of yanbian yellow cattle,The number of basic cows has dropped dramatically,Cattle sources are severely strained,Difficult to meet market demand,In this study,the methods of simultaneous estrus and superovulation were used to explore the application technology in practical production.Simultaneous estrus and superovulation technology can improve the utilization rate of excellent donor cattle.To concentrate estrus and conception in the recipient cattle,So that the yanbian yellow cattle to achieve the purpose of rapid expansion of breeding.In this experiment,Yanbian yellow cattle were used as research objects to screen out the simultaneous estrus and superovulation methods suitable for the actual production of Yanbian yellow cattle.The results are as follows:1.The results showed that in the simultaneous estrus treatment of Yanbian yellow cattle,The results showed that the synchronous estrus rate(88.89±5.55%)in autumn of scheme ? was significantly higher than that in summer(67.22±4.33%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the estrus rate between the summer and autumn of the schemes ? and ?(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the estrus rate between June 2001 and January 2019 for scheme I(73.33±7.03%),scheme ?(78.06±5.78%),and scheme ?(67.46±5.49%)(P>0.05).However,the three schemes are comprehensively compared,and the scheme ? is stable and inexpensive.3.The application of CIDR+FSH+PGF2a+GnRH superovulation scheme to investigate the effect of imported Foil tropin-v and different doses of domestic FSH on the superovulation of Yanbian yellow cattle.The results showed that the number of corpus luteum in the 2000IU FSH dose group reached 19.50± 1.29,the super-discharge effect is the best and the cost is lower than the imported Foll tropin-v.4.The experiment used 2000 IU domestic FSH to treat Yanbian yellow cattle,and explored the effects of different seasons on the super-discharge effect.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the number of corpus luteum in autumn(14.29±10.05)and winter(20.33±6.59)(P>0.05).5.In order to explore the effect of different blasting methods on the super-discharge effect of Yanbian yellow cattle,this experiment used injection type and three-way tube type to carry out embryoping operation on super-row cattle.The results show that the three-way tube type(57.94±22.42)The embryo recovery rate was significantly higher than that of the injection type(17.62±11.84)(P<0.05),and the embryo recovery effect was good.
