With the development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s consumption concept and demand for food are quietly changing.People no longer blindly pursue food and clothing,but pay more attention to nutrition and dietary balance.Beef is a kind of meat with high nutritional value,such as iron,amino acid,which is needed by human body.It caters to consumers’ high-quality consumption concept,so it is widely welcomed by people.With the increasing proportion of beef in people’s diet,the breeding beef industry is also booming.China’s beef industry has great prospects and advantages.Firstly,China,with a large population,provides a large market for beef cattle industry,secondly,the vast land and grassland provide resource guarantee for beef cattle breeding,and finally,the huge labor force,especially the number of farmers suitable for beef cattle breeding,is also a unique advantage of China.Although China’s beef industry has a solid foothold in the Chinese market,due to market competition and various limitations of its own mechanism,it is unable to further develop and compete with foreign excellent beef industry.At present,in China’s beef cattle industry,Yanbian Yellow Cattle ranks in the forefront of the industry and is one of the five local varieties.Yanbian yellow cattle is known for its delicacy and little smell of smell,so it is also loved by the masses.Yanbian cattle,as the characteristic industry of Yanbian ethnic minority area,is not only the national characteristic signboard of Yanbian,but also drives the development of Yanbian economy.But in recent years,Yanbian cattle industry has been restricted by the industry and its development.Due to the limitations of national policies,industry restrictions,imperfect mechanism and other factors,the number of Yanbian cattle breeding is becoming less and less,which leads to the production of Yanbian cattle industry is greatly reduced,the quality is also greatly reduced,and the price remains high.Therefore,it is very important to solve the problem of low efficiency of Yanbian cattle breeding.Aiming at the problem of Yanbian cattle breeding efficiency,this paper summarizes and describes the research status of beef cattle industry,beef cattle industry efficiency analysis and beef cattle industry development strategy at home and abroad,describes Yanbian cattle breeding status from various aspects,fully understands the situation and characteristics of Yanbian cattle breeding status,and pointedly finds out the problem,using investigation method and literature reference method Based on a large number of data and previous relevant research results,this paper reveals the current situation,characteristics and existing problems of yellow cattle breeding in Yanbian Prefecture,combining with the theory of industrial economy,input production area and regional economy,and using the economic and statistical correlation analysis methods,and based on the field survey and visit to the yellow cattle farmers,the data obtained are analyzed Then,we use DEA model to analyze,select reasonable indicators as input factors,calculate comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and analyze the results obtained,sort out the overall efficiency value of Yanbian cattle breeding,and get the decision-making unit factors that can obtain the optimal efficiency.Finally,we fully learn from the advanced management experience of developed countries,Some measures and suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of cattle breeding and further develop cattle industry.
