Study On The Compound Anesthetic Of Dog By Zoletil And Dexmetomidine Hydrochloride

This experiment by choosing the mice firstly,according to the similar principle of same drug dose of mice respectively to 2 injections,observe the drug effect of sedation,analgesia,and muscle relaxant,eventually choose dexmetomidine hydrochloride and zoletil as the main component of compound anesthetic,then passed the test of the scientific formula better screening effect of the four groups were compared with zoletil applied in dogs.Five rabbits were used to test the irritant of eye drops and muscle injection,and finally the clinical cases were used to verify the results.The experiment divided 30 experimental dogs into 5 groups.,group A was zoletil 0.1 mL/kg(5mg/kg),Group B was zoletil 0.1 mL/kg(5mg/kg)and Dex 0.02 mL/kg(5?g/kg);Group C was zoletil 0.1 mL/kg(5mg/kg)and Dex 0.04 mL/kg(10?g/kg);Group D was zoletil 0.025 mL/kg(1.25mg/kg)and Dex 0.04 mL/kg(10?g/kg);Group E was zoletil 0.05 mL/kg(2.5mg/kg)and Dex 0.04 mL/kg(10?g/kg),reflected through the period of anesthesia monitoring test experiment,anesthesia grade monitoring and anesthesia conventional physiological indexes monitoring test,evaluate the effect of sedation,analgesia,and muscle relaxant,ultimately determine the right beauty holds the Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride and zoletil best ratio was 500:1(dosage ratio).The results showed that zoletil 5mg/kg and Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride 10?g/kg could produce 63.58 min of anesthetic effect.The compound after compared to a single drug induced more quickly smoothly,strong controllability,high degree of safety,awakening period shorter,anesthesia duration,salivate,heart rate,blood pressure is more stable,more light to affect the heart and lung function,no obvious side effects,the advantages and disadvantages of the two can make up for each other,can prevent a single medicine caused by intraoperative additional higher doses caused side effects.In addition,atipamezole as a specific supporting antagonist of dexmedetomidine and its isomer,provides a safer application in veterinary clinical anesthesia.
