“Pig is the top of livestock,pork and grain is important for national security”.With the long history of farming civilization and unique food culture,Chinese formed a special preference for pork,also China become the first of pig breeding and consumption power in the world.Development of pig industry is changing in volume turn into improve product quality,upgrading and sustainable development,small growth in pork production will be an inevitable trend.Through the research to find out the influence factors of pig industry development and make reasonable analysis,the research has vital significance to the steady of pig industry development in the future.In the essay,based on the analysis of relevant literatures and researches at home and abroad,the development of pig industry is explained by the theory of industrial development.Then,through study the current situation of the pig industry and found that: although the pig industry showed a steady growth trend,but the slaughter of barren sow,breending stock and pork production still exist a complete cycle fluctuations,and the fluctuation cycle length is 3-4 years,output is difficult to adjust in a relatively short time.Finally,the paper analyzes the main and secondary factors that influence the output of pig in China by using the grey relational model,and predicts the development trend of pig industry in 2016-2020 with GM(1,1)model,and puts forward some suggestions for the stable development of pig industryThe results show that:(1)Pork consumption is the driving force for the steady growth of pig industry output in China.(2)With the consumption level of national living and the improvement of meat structure,and consumption of beef and mutton will affect the development of pig industry.(3)The construction of pig farms and village veterinary stations has laid a foundation for the healthy and stable development of pig industry.(4)The scale cultivation level of pig industry needs to be improved.(5)Cooperating with pig feed is still an important factor for the production of pig industry.Based on the above results,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on the development of pig industry in China,which mainly include:(1)The construction of pig farms and the level of scale cultivation need to be further improved.(2)Cooperate with pig feed production to add to the production chain of live pigs,and reduce the cost of breeding properly.(3)Pay attention to the brand construction of pig industry and improve the competitiveness of pig products.(4)The government needs to improve the policy on the fostering of pig industry and encourage the reform of the village veterinary medical station.
