Study On The Development Of Forestry Industry In Yichang Under Rural Revitalization

Adhering to ecological priority and green development is an important way to transform the “Two Mountains” Theory.Yichang is a “National Forest City” and the forestry industry plays an important role in Yichang’s national economic system.Rural Revitalization Strategy is a major strategic deployment of the state to solve the “Three rural issues” The key to rural revitalization is industrial prosperity.Excavating and cultivating new drivers of industrial development.The development of the forestry industry in the rural context is not only an emerging way to achieve industrial prosperity,but also a powerful measure to establish a modern ecological economic industrial system of ecological industrialization and industrial ecology.Through combing the Overseas and Domestic Research Status and Progress of relevant policy theories,this research summarized the development policy,development mode,development subject,industrial chain structure and development benefits of forestry industry in Yichang city according to the investigation outcome.By analyzing the data of forestry output value in Yichang City,this paper studies the change law of forestry tertiary industrial structure in Yichang city from 2010 to 2021.On this basis,the grey correlation theory is used to analyze the dynamic correlation between the total forestry output value and the output value of tertiary industries,the internal dynamic correlation of forestry tertiary industries and the dynamic correlation between forestry tertiary industries and farmer’s income in Yichang city from 2010 to 2021.The model GM(1,1)is used to predict the forestry output value of Yichang from 2022 to 2025 and analyze the development layout of Yichang forestry industry.Finally,this paper summarized the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Yichang forestry development by SWOT situation analysis.This paper draws the following conclusions:first,Yichang has a high natural resource endowment and a good foundation for forestry development.In recent years,the average proportion of forestry output value to GDP has reached 8.6%,and the investment return rate of forestry industry is high.The grey prediction model shows that Yichang forestry industry will continue to show an upward trend in the next three years;Second,the leading industry of Yichang forestry industry is the first industry of forestry,in which the leading industry of the first industry is the planting and collection of economic forest products,the leading industry of the second industry is the processing and manufacturing of non wood forest products,and the leading industry of the third industry is forestry tourism and leisure services;Third,the first output value of forestry has the highest comprehensive correlation with farmer’s income.The first industry of forestry has great significance to improve farmer’s income level.The development of ecological forestry is an important engine for revitalizing the economy in mountainous areas,and has broad development prospects;Fourth,Expanding the layout of forestry industry,adjusting the structure of forestry industry,optimizing the business environment,strengthening scientific and technological services and giving better play to the role of government and forest farmers are the future development direction of Yichang forestry industry under the background of Rural Revitalization.
