Research On The Competitiveness Of Anhui Aquatic Product Processing Industry

With the increasing demand for food consumption and the rapid development of high-tech food processing,the comprehensive development and utilization of freshwater and marine fishery resources has entered a new historical period.After the reform and opening up,the development of fisheries and aquatic processing industry has also achieved great results.Anhui Province,as a large province with abundant freshwater fishery resources,has a vast water area and is rich in aquatic biological resources.In terms of policies,the State Council proposed to build on the advantages and characteristics of resources,lead the agricultural product processing industry,and increase the added value of products.Through green processing,energy conservation and consumption reduction and environmental friendliness will be achieved.To promote the development of the agricultural product processing industry,the Anhui provincial government has also decided to implement the “five batches” project of the agricultural product processing industry in the province to promote the development of the aquatic product processing industry and promote the realization of agricultural industrialization.This article takes Anhui aquaculture processing industry as the main research object,builds aquatic processing industry competitiveness evaluation index system,takes Anhui,Hubei and other 10 inland provinces as research samples,based on 2009-2018 fishery and aquaculture processing related data Entropy weight TOPSIS comprehensive analysis and evaluation method to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of Anhui aquatic processing industry,analyze the current status and development trend of Anhui aquatic processing industry competitiveness.Using gray correlation analysis method,empirically test the main factors affecting the development of Anhui aquatic processing industry from2009 to 2018,and put forward corresponding policy recommendations based on the empirical results.Through the above research work,the following main conclusions and views have been obtained:(1)In recent years,the output of aquatic products processing in Anhui Province has been increasing,but the processed products are still mainly frozen,dry-cured and canned products,with low levels and high added value.The share of refined and deep-processed products is relatively small;(2)The growth rate of freshwater aquaculture production is not obvious,the supply of processing raw materials is insufficient,the processing scale is developing slowly,and the quality of processed products is difficult to guarantee;(3)the circulation efficiency of aquatic products is not high,and the professional aquatic product trading market Less,the corresponding warehousing,logistics,information service system is not perfect;(4)Processing capacity,processing raw materialsAnd warehousing and logistics are the main factors affecting the development of Anhui’s aquatic processing industry.According to the research conclusions,this article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing the competitiveness of Anhui’s aquatic processing industry from the aspects of improving breeding output,strengthening processing capacity,and improving storage and circulation systems.
