Research On The Renewal Of Public Space In Old Communities From The Perspective Of Active Pension

With the development of society,the problem of aging population is becoming more and more obvious.How to actively promote the development of old-age care has become the top priority to solve the problem of aging.According to the characteristics of China's aging population,home-based care is the most suitable way to provide for the aged.The public space in the community is an important part of the elderly care at home.However,the old community in the city,due to the earlier construction time,has problems such as few public buildings,lack of landscape green space,incomplete facilities,etc.,which cannot meet the needs of the elderly in their daily activities nowadays,and also brings them health problems.From the perspective of active care for the aged,this paper discusses the methods of renewal design of public space in old communities.It mainly makes in-depth exploration and research on renewal design of public space in old communities from the aspects of basic concept elaboration,analysis of relevant basic theories,integration of design strategies and verification of actual cases.With the methods of literature review,comparative analysis,field investigation and behavioral observation,the research object is defined and the research ideas are put forward by combing the basic theories.Secondly,through analysis the deep-seated relationship between the theory of active care for the aged and the theory of behavioral psychology and the community public space,and puts forward the strategies and methods for the renewal design of the old community public space.Through field research on old communities in the Third Ring Road of Chengdu,problems were found and specific renewal design ideas were integrated.Finally,the design strategy and method proposed in this paper are verified through a design example-the community renewal project of Shuinianhe No.6 Courtyard.Through the research on the renovation of buildings,landscapes and facilities in the public space of old communities,this paper aims at creating a barrier-free and agingfriendly community environment,providing environmental basis and choices for the elderly to provide for the aged at home,and also benefiting residents of other age groups in the community.It is an important part of the overall strategy of realizing China's "scientific aging" by transforming "crisis" into "internal power" of social development.
