With the development trend of service economy,the traditional service form and service mode are changing,and the development of venue guide product design has also begun to update and transform.It has become an irreversible trend to conduct venue guide design with service design thinking mode.On the one hand,the design of large venue guided products in major cities is gradually developing towards digitalization,experience-based and intelligent direction.On the other hand,the guide design of the venue has changed from the traditional single instruction information to diversified experience services.The readability,interactivity and connectivity should be taken into account when studying the design and solution of venue guided products.The application of service design concept will help us innovate design thinking and design guided products centered on user experience.Taking the users of large stadiums as the research object and service design as the research method,this paper designed the innovative scheme of guiding products and guiding service system platform of large stadiums,and applied the guiding design concept into the innovative design of products,so as to combine the products with the potential needs of users.The large venue guidance system based on user experience in this paper mainly includes the following three aspects:I.From the perspective of user experience,this paper summarizes the design theory of venue guide service,analyzes the current venue guide structure and venue environment users with the service design concept and thinking method,and summarizes the elements of venue guide design.2.Guide the innovative design of the product,explore the potential needs of users according to their behavior and psychology by investigating and visiting target user groups.Based on the service blueprint and user journey map,the author analyzed the pain points and design opportunities of users,combined with digital interactive technology,constructed a brand new venue guide system,designed the guide terminal model,and provided users with more comprehensive venue guide interaction experience.3.Design of the product service system platform for the guidance of large pavilions,combining the user's behavior in the browsing route and user interaction experience,build the service platform,design the platform interface for the entire online and offline interaction process of users,and finally take the mobile terminal and Web terminal of App as the innovative presentation form.By combining theoretical research and product redesign practice,this paper summarizes the design elements of large venue guide service,systemizes the guide terminal and venue service process,realizes comprehensive guide service and terminal monitoring,and provides better venue experience for users.
