| Along with the rapid development of computer and Internet technologies,smart screen products such as mobile phones and pads have been integrated into People’s Daily lives due to their complete functions and portability.They have become life assistants that people cannot live without.Mobile Internet application products loaded on smart devices such as mobile pbones have greatly changed people’s way of life,and at the same time,the mature development of computer technology in the mobile and intelligent fields has remarkably homogenized its products.This situation makes the evaluation indicator of product design change from simple usability to user’s emotional experience,which becomes the key to product differentiation and competitivenessThis paper firstly reviews the previous research,including the development process of emotional experience design at home and abroad as well as studies of emotional experience design by different disciplines and scholars.Combined with the theory of user information processing in cognitive psychology,this paper expounds the elements of emotional experience in product design from the perspectives of perception,context,and flow of mind.Secondly,based on Donald Norman emotional design level,the paper proposes that the interaction is the key foothold in emotional experience,and further constructs a three-layer model of emotional experience design in mobile Internet product context construction,multi-modal interaction and user habits’ cultivation.Finally,taking the actual development project of mobile Internet products as an example,the three-layer model of emotional experience design in mobile Internet product is applied to the design case "Love manual" APP to optimize the existing mobile internet products and verify the design method in this paper. |
