Research On Micro-interaction Design Based On Nelson's Principle

With the development of information technology and the vigorous promotion of smart medical model under the background of new medical reform in our country,Hospital quality of service to facilitate patients to seek medical treatment,more and more hospitals began to build online medical and offline medical fit integrated medical service system to enhance the overall hospital information services.This new medical service has changed people's traditional concept of medical treatment.To cope with the development of this mode of medical treatment,the hospital also builds an intelligent offline self-service guide terminal service system on the existing information management system and is equipped with various terminal devices to facilitate the patients to seek medical treatment.However,at present,there are still many problems in the design of the existing terminal equipment.The interface design is too obscure and complicated.The functional design of the terminal does not really reflect the integrated design requirement of medical services.In response to this problem,based on Nielsen's principle and micro-interactive design theory,this article explores the basic and potential needs of patients in the medical process through in-depth hospital surveys and targeted user surveys,and finds out the pain points experienced during the current medical treatment.Based on Nielsen's principle of micro-interaction design,the optimized design of micro-interactive design for self-service terminal is implemented to achieve the link between online medical service and offline function and enhance the patient's medical experience.The thesis research process is mainly divided into four parts:First,based on the interactive relationship theory of resources,users and service platforms,this paper analyzes and studies the current situation of self-service terminal service system and finds the current demand of service platform Pain points;then the basic theory of Nielsen's theory and micro-interactive theory,and then study the application of the Nielsen principle in micro-interactive design to explore the correlation between the two and through the analysis of micro-interactive design of self-service terminal guidance system design factors,Summarizes and summarizes the micro-interactive design elements of self-service guide terminal service integration based on Nielsen's principle and the corresponding design flow;finally put this research theory into design practice and micro-interactive test.
