Campus Bus Station Service System Based On The Theory Of The Interaction Design

With the rapid development of social economy and technology, interaction design gradually be taken seriously, their ideas, principles and methods has been through all sorts of design activities, this article based on the interaction theory, public environment interaction on how to do the design of the service system is studied.This paper discusses from the following several aspects:first, through the meaning of interaction design idea, system, methods and steps of overview and analysis, summed up the interaction design concept in various fields of application and development. Second of all, the public service system under the environment of study and analysis of users, and the user’s cognition, interaction, interaction, etc are analyzed, the design of interactive services system elements. Third, put forward the public environment interaction service system design principles, namely the system coordination principle, the principle of easy to cognitive principles, easy to experience and service system principle, and using these principles guide the design of interactive services system. Fourth, on the basis of the theoretical analysis, a preliminary system of interactive services under a public environment design framework, and applied to the campus in the design of bus stops system of interactive services.In conclusion, this thesis of user interaction behavior of public environment, interaction and realization conditions, and established the interactive service system for the preliminary design framework. School bus stops to design a prototype, in an interactive service system for the design of specific aspects has carried on the exploration and interactive service system for the public environment provides a positive reference.
