In recent years,performance management has gradually become an important direction of management research,scholars and managers try to through performance management research,under the new market competition environment,can effectively improve employee job enthusiasm,promote the standardization of the enterprise business operations and the promotion of enterprise development strategy of the implementation of the effective ways and means.For electric power enterprises,with the introduction of market competition mechanism,the enterprise facing the market competition environment are becoming increasingly complex,and the electric power enterprise growing emphasis on how to effectively strengthen the management performance,to enhance the performance management of production and operation of the electric power enterprise,power supply companies to optimize their own performance management system is imperative.In human resource management,performance is its core,and it is not only an effective way to solve the allocation problem of resource effectively.but also an effective way to realize the company's strategic goals.Through performance management,the enterprise strategic target through a certain way,make it become a can of layers of decomposition and carry out the scientific measure of performance indicators,so that the organization's strategic objectives into all aspects of the work target and concrete post target,realize the unity of the objectives and tasks,and is highly integration between them,to the employees in the company's unified under solid strategic goals of the organization to carry out their work,by the high quality and efficient work performance,to finally realize the strategic target.Therefore,taking C power supply company as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of the company and analyzes the existing problems about the performance management in detail of the company,and proposes feasible countermeasures for the construction and implementation of the company's performance management system.The analysis of this paper has drawn the following practical conclusions.(1)The performance management system should be embedded into the strategic objectives of the enterprise.Performance management is one of the most effective management tools that affect the implementation effect of enterprise strategy.The construction of an advanced and efficient enterprise performance management system is conducive to the hierarchical decomposition and implementation of the enterprise's strategic objectives.C company needs from the power supply of the characteristic of industry and enterprise,clearly and firmly grasp the key enterprise target and key tasks,scientifically set up and build the key indicators of performance management,and strive to make the performance indicators,specific and quantifiable objectivated,formulate reasonable appraisal standards at the same time,makes the index has strong operability.(2)Performance management should establish a closed loop assessmentmechanism.The company should establish a complete set of performance appraisal system of the enterprise performance management,and let the performance management can be effective planning,implementation,evaluation,feedback and motivation,and make more effective set of performance appraisal indicators can distinguish between "hard" and "soft" task,and can both be organic integration.(3)Continuous attention should be paid to publicity,training and feedback communication in the implementation of performance management.As a powerful modern enterprise management tool,performance management system is of great significance to promote the development of enterprises.In order to effectively improve the level of enterprise performance management,the company needs to carry out relevant education and training for managers and employees,strengthen their understanding of the overall significance of the performance appraisal system and related indicators,enhance their understanding of the importance of the role of performance appraisal,and promote their conscious use of the performance management system.In the process of the implementation of the performance management system in the company,we should give more attention to the feedback and adjustment of assessment results,so as to make timely communication on the assessment results between the upper and lower levels,functional departments and business departments,and thus promote the effective improvement of the company's performance management level.
