Vigorously developing rural housing construction has always been one of the core contents of China's socialist construction.With the rapid advancement of rural urbanization and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,traditional rural housing is gradually unable to meet the needs of modem development.In order to improve the series of problems brought about by the continuous renovation of rural houses and the self-construction of new houses,the state has vigorously promoted the unified planning and construction of rural houses,thereby achieving the purpose of saving land,optimizing resources and improving living conditions of rural houses.This is a prefabricated building.Promotion in rural areas provides an opportunityRased on a large amount of literature research,this paper sorts out the current situation and existing problems of rural housing construction,and compares the c,onstruction methods of assembly and traditional houses from the aspects of construction and construction factors from macroscopic and microscopic perspectives.And analyzed the differences in construction process,management characteristics and cost structure.A rural house was selected,and the cost and energy consumption of traditional brick-concrete and fabricated houses were simulated by Revit 3D modeling,using Guanglianda pricing software,PKPM-PC and DeST software,and the construction cost and energy consumption cost were analyzed..Secondly,through the analysis and selection of the benefit index of the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of rural fabricated houses,a comprehensive evaluation index system based on social,economic and environmental aspects was established.fThe correlation analysis was carried out on the evaluation indicators.The network analysis method ANP combined with Super was selected.Decisions super-decision software calculates the weights of each index,and uses fuzzy analysis to determine the indicators that are difficult to quantify,and establishes a multi-dimensional gray comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,the feasibility of the comprehensive benefit evaluation model is verified by case calculation,and the comprehensive evaluation results are analyzed.Provide theoretical support for the government to promote rural assembly housesRural prefabricated houses will become a development trend of rural residential buildings in China,and its comprehensive benefit evaluation system is an indispensable part of the promotion process.In terms of improving the conditions of farming,ensuring the quality of construction,shortening the construction period,improving resource utilization energy conservation and environmental protection,the comprehensive benefits are outstanding,so it can contribute to the construction of new rural areas in China.
