A Study Of Key Influence Factor Of Quality Failure Cost Of Building Installation Engineering Projects

Due to building installation engineering projects have the characteristics of complex technology,various types of work,and time limit pressure brought by the construction nodes,it is very easy to cause quality problems,so the construction enterprises have to increase the cost of improving the construction quality,in order to reduce the quality loss for the purpose,but also caused high quality cost relatively in the installation project construction.Therefore,strengthening the analysis and management of quality failure cost becomes the urgent need of construction enterprises.And the factors that affect the quality failure cost are complex and numerous,and there is a certain weight and logical relationship between them.In order to reduce the quality failure cost,it is very necessary to study the key factors of quality failure cost.In view of the above problems,the main work of the paper is as follows:(1)Through literature and case research,the key influencing factors of quality failure cost in the construction phase of construction and installation projects are preliminarily identified.Based on this,the questionnaire is designed and a list of key influencing factors of quality failure cost is sorted out based on the results of the answer paper.(2)Based on the list of key influencing factors of quality failure cost and the answer paper data,factor analysis was carried out on the influence factors based on the occurrence probability and influence degree.Based on the factor analysis results,the main factor elements that can represent the characteristics of the maximum majority of factors were extracted and sorted according to the size of common degree among factors.(3)On the basis of factor analysis to get the main factor of the elements,applying ISM method and analyzes the logical structure relation between the main factors of quality failure cost of construction and installation project and the influence of the main factors of each floor structure on the quality failure cost are affected.Based on this,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on the management of quality failure cost of construction and installation project.The study of this paper is helpful to strengthen the management practice of construction enterprises on project quality failure cost,improve the competitive advantage of enterprises on quality,and make the domestic construction and installation engineering develop better.
