With the development of railway construction,our country railway has entered the information age.In order to improve the railway project cost management information level,our country has introduced all kinds of relevant policies for establishing information system.Therefore,the establishment of a set of effective information cost control system,to control the project,in line with today’s needs.In our country,there is a set of budget estimate budget standard which provides cost control basis for project.However,there are still some problems such as inaccurate preparation of the cost in the early stage of the project,conversion of the fixed valuation in the trading period and the valuation of the period list,change records in the implementation period of the project and the final formation of the available cost index.In order to solve the above existing problems,this thesis starts from the formation mechanism of project cost,studies the current project cost formation mechanism,and puts forward the construction cost system.Then according to the construction cost system applied the cost index.The following work has been completed:Firstly,Research on project cost mechanism and influencing factors.Analyze the formation mechanism of the cost in the early stage of the project,the transaction period and the implementation period,and use the ISM model to analyze the 17 influencing factors selected in the early stage of the project,the transaction period and the implementation period.It is found that the initial influencing factors are the survey level,the professional quality of workers,the quality of managers,and the vague expression of the contract.It is also found that 17 influencing factors are distributed in the whole process of the project and influence each other.Finally,according to the discovery period and control period of each influence factor,the influence factor database and record format are constructed.Secondly,The interface between the three stages of construction cost.In order to realize the interface between the initial project work and the transaction period,part of the the initial project valuation is divided according to the list.In order to realize the interface between the project transaction period and the implementation period,the system of constantly recording the change and the bill of quantities after the change is formed.In order to realize the interface between the implementation period and the early stage,the cost index is constructed to provide the valuation basis for the early stage work of subsequent engineering projects.Thus forming a closed-loop engineering cost system.Finally,The existing construction cost system and construction cost index are applied,and the sensitivity analysis method and BP neural network are used to study.Sensitivity analysis found that we should not only pay attention to the price factor but also to the engineering quantity factor when studying the cost index.In the BP neural network prediction,after adjusting the learning rate,the prediction error was optimized from-14.69% to-2.86%.However,there are still problems such as inconsistent recording methods of "terrain conditions" and engineering features of the project,and few data samples. |
