With the further development of China’s market economy,credit has become an important measure in all kinds of transactions and life,both for enterprises and customers.In the market economy,in order to ensure the healthy development of various credit relations and the normal operation of the whole economic system,all kinds of enterprises must establish a sound credit evaluation system.In recent years,the competition in the shipping container transportation industry is fierce.In order to compete for the market,the enterprise may not have investigated and understood the customers in advance,which does not exclude the possibility of poor credit of individual shippers.They will default the freight without fear,and the credit risk of the enterprise will continue to rise.At the same time,for high-quality customers,large-scale state-owned container shipping enterprises will send specialists to negotiate with them and give them a certain flexibility of credit period.The nonstandard market,the low risk awareness of the staff and the long-term bad practices in the industry will make it difficult for the state-owned large container shipping enterprises to carry out the relevant work of customer credit management.However,a large number of overdue payments caused by the lack of customer credit also cause great economic difficulties to the normal operation of the enterprise,not to mention to continue to provide better services for other potential high-quality customers.Therefore,it is necessary to design a set of credit evaluation index system and analysis model in line with the characteristics of large-scale state-owned container shipping enterprises to reduce the economic losses caused by credit risk.Based on the above analysis,this paper studies the customer credit evaluation of state-owned large container shipping enterprises.First of all,this paper reviews the research status of enterprise credit evaluation at home and abroad,combined with the particularity of large-scale state-owned container shipping enterprises,gives the overall idea of customer credit evaluation based on the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model;secondly,from the four dimensions of basic quality,business environment,credit evaluation and financial situation,this paper constructs the customer credit evaluation of large-scale state-owned container shipping enterprises Price index system,and through the relevant appropriate methods to calculate the weight of each index;then,using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the customer evaluation model,and according to certain selection principles to screen the customers in Z state-owned large container shipping enterprises,and obtain the inspection scores of each index,and then through the customer credit evaluation process of the previous article,we get the customer credit evaluation results The evaluation results of customer samples,based on the analysis of grading standards,can effectively verify the effectiveness of the credit evaluation index system and model established in this paper.Finally,according to the principle of grading management,the customer management scheme of state-owned large-scale container shipping enterprises is formulated,and the corresponding guarantee is put forward from four aspects of management system,personnel quality,credit monitoring and information platform Strategy.Generally speaking,from the perspective of large-scale state-owned container shipping enterprises,this paper makes a more in-depth study on the credit evaluation of their customers and establishes a more targeted credit evaluation model.Through the research,it is very necessary to carry out scientific customer credit evaluation for large-scale state-owned container shipping enterprises.At the same time,the research results of this paper can also provide useful theoretical guidance and method support for the research of customer credit evaluation of such enterprises at home and abroad.
