Characteristic towns With the advancement of urbanization in China and the trend of regionalization of urban industrial housing in recent years,the town's supporting commercial districts have also become popular,becoming an inaccessible part of town construction.Unlike traditional commercial blocks,commercial towns in characteristic towns have higher requirements for block experience,environmental quality,and service efficiency.The user's spatial experience largely determines the quality of commercial towns in characteristic towns.The study of block space is often based on the object of the space,and the impact of block space on human cognitive behavior is rarely explored from the perspective of the user.Based on the actual project of Yunzhi Town Demonstration Zone,the thesis builds a pre-evaluation and optimization of the block space based on human cognitive behavior based on the virtual behavior experiment method based on VR technology and the platform of immersive experience and recording system The design method aims to supplement the research on the application method of the virtual reality system in the field of urban design,and has certain reference significance for the application of VR technology in related fields in the future.First,the thesis discusses the research background,domestic relevant theories and the purpose,significance,and methods of the research.Through the research and analysis of relevant literature,the applicability of virtual reality technology in the field of urban design is summarized,and according to its applicability and technical characteristics,an attempt is made to standardize the construction of an "assessment-optimization-reassessment" virtual behavior experiment method.At the same time,the project overview of Yunzhi Town Demonstration Zone and the two-version design plan are introduced.Then,according to the method,the virtual behavior experiment of Yunzhi Town Demonstration Area is constructed and conducted.The whole experiment process includes the establishment of virtual reality system,the establishment of experimental scenes and platforms,the recruitment of volunteers,the operation of the experiment and the acquisition of basic data.Visually express the basic data and translate the spatial elements into spatial parameters for evaluating the space,then use the spatial parameters to analyze the two versions of the demonstration zone plan and carry out pre-evaluation of the plan,explore the design elements that affect the spatial quality of the block,and summarize the volunteer-based The spatial advantages and problems of the demonstration area of the behavioral cognition of the person,choose the winning plan.Finally,from the four aspects of creating high-profile demonstration area space,constructing accessible demonstration area traffic,creating a coordinated demonstration area environment,and improving the intelligibility of the demonstration area,we propose human behavior recognition for the winning plan of the Town demonstration area Understand the optimization strategy of the demand,and optimize the design of the plan under the guidance of the optimization strategy.After completion,the virtual behavior experiment is re-evaluated toverify the effectiveness of the program optimization.The re-evaluation results show that the virtual behavior experiment method can effectively guide the program optimization of the Yunzhi Town Demonstration Area,and the optimization program has reached the experimental expectations.This article has made effective attempts to apply VR technology in the field of architectural design.The constructed virtual behavior experiment method can effectively help designers to evaluate and design the scheme.The application process and evaluation method of virtual behavior experiment in the whole scheme creation process is the focus of this paper,hoping to provide reference for the application of VR technology in the field of related urban space design.
