The Research Of Spatial Arrangement Of Characteristic Town

In the background of new-type urbanization construction in our country,the construction of featured town is paid increasing attention.As driving engine of newtype urbanization,feature promotes economic development,improve the level of job and life in small town,relieves the pressure of excessive population of large cities while solving problems such as sameness of towns,urban-rural duality.The research on spatial arrangement of featured town plays important role in feature development of small towns.Currently Zhejiang is a region with larger amount of and higher quality featured towns in our country,the research on spatial arrangement of feature at Heqiao Town,Zhejiang province is expected to provide suggestions on spatial arrangement and construction of featured towns at Heqiao,and reference for construction of other featured towns.By analyzing and summarizing research on and analysis of theory and cases of featured town at home and abroad,this paper conducts detailed analysis with Heqiao as an example,exploring spatial arrangement and arrangement strategy of Heqiao feature.First,we elaborate spatial arrangement theory of featured town at home and abroad,analyze featured towns at home and abroad starting from basic elements of featured town,sort out factors influencing spatial arrangement of featured town by analyzing typical cases at home and abroad in detail.Second,analyzed Heqiao case in detail based on obtained factors influencing spatial arrangement of featured town,summarizing basic situation of Heqiao,with the nature,humanity,and property of town as basic elements,spatial pattern and texture as subject of spatial form research,proposing to sort out spatial structure elements as point,area,and axis,analyzing merits of every element in spatial arrangement of Heqiao feature.Moreover,by further researching every element in Heqiao spatial arrangement and simulating spatial arrangement design,obtain steps of spatial arrangement of Heqiao feature: analyze featured natural and humanity resource-decide property of small town-featured spatial point construction-set up of featured spatial area-combing of traffic and ecological axis-form spatial arrangement of feature.Simply speaking,through step-by-step deposition of basic resource of base and element of spatial arrangement and re-integration after analysis,finally obtain targeted,reasonable spatial arrangement.At last,explore principle and strategy of spatial arrangement of featured town.Principle were concluded as follows: organic renewing,integrity,local identification,people orientation.Strategy of spatial arrangement of featured town is :(1)resource digging: show humanity resource in the form of point,present natural morphology in a whole,utilize and link regional resources;(2)uniformity of style and features: with style and features of ancient town as soul,new area construction as driving force,coordination of the new and the old as guiding principle;(3)uniqueness of structure: reserve texture,enrich pattern,perfect transport;(4)transform coarseness into fineness: with overall extensive setup as basis,refining of featured point space as starting point,axis connected spatial area as foothold.
