Research On Assembly Building Cooperative Management Mode Based On EPC Perspective

With the development of assembly building project,the traditional project management mode gradually emerges disadvantages,which can not meet the needs of the development of building industrialization and hinder the development of assembly building.In September 2016,the State Council issued relevant policies-"guidance on vigorously developing prefabricated buildings",which proposed the important tasks and objectives for the development of prefabricated buildings,and emphasized that the management of prefabricated construction projects should focus on the application of EPC general contract management mode.Therefore,at present,the application of EPC mode in the development of prefabricated construction projects is policy oriented,and also the inevitable direction of future industry development.The application of EPC mode in assembly building can realize the high organization of engineering construction,reduce the engineering cost,reduce the engineering cost,give full play to the advantages of the whole industrial chain,and improve the efficiency and efficiency of management.How to give full play to the advantages of EPC in assembly construction project management is the purpose and significance of collaborative management research in this paper.Starting from the influencing factors of collaborative effect of assembly building,this paper analyzes the elements of collaborative management of assembly building project under EPC mode,including Organization collaborative management,target collaborative management,process collaborative management,information and resource collaborative management.From these four aspects,the collaborative management mode of assembly building project under EPC mode is established,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to establish the collaborative management mode The evaluation model of management mode is based on the evaluation of project collaboration degree and performance of collaboration management.According to the evaluation results,suggestions are put forward to optimize the collaboration management mode.Through the construction,evaluation and optimization of the collaborative management mode of assembly construction project under EPC mode,From the perspective of organization,objective,process,information and resource management,this paper puts forward the method of collaborative management,and puts forward suggestions for optimizing the collaborative management mode from the perspective of organization personnel selection,technology application and government,so as to promote the EPC general contract management mode to play its role in the assembly construction project management and the development of assembly construction.
