| The essence of the bidding activity is the sale of goods in the market economy.Compared with the rapid development of economy and technology in today's society,t he traditional bidding management mode has lagged behind,and there are many probl ems in its system and mode,which seriously affect the development of China's constr uction industry in a better direction.Building Information Modeling is a technology th at takes multi-dimensional engineering Information as the cornerstone,and is born und er the background of constantly updating Building standards such as green and energy-saving.BIM has become an important symbol of the Building industry in the new er a.BIM is also known as building information model and in the entire engineering mo del of components,we can grasp the visual components and spatial layout of all proje cts as a whole.The biggest advantages are visualization,digitization,parameterization,synergy and other powerful functions.For the construction industry,the key to the a pplication of BIM modeling technology is to apply it to the whole process cycle of al l construction projects.All participants of construction projects can coordinate their wo rk on the same BIM platform.Especially in the important stage of project bidding an d tendering,it can help enterprises shorten the project operation cycle and project cost in the economic activities of bidding and tendering,so as to enhance their competitiv eness in the construction economy market.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to improve China's ability to apply BIM technology in project bidding and tendering.This paper focuses on the application of BIM technology in bidding and tendering.The main contents are as follows:(1)It analyzes a series of problems existing in the process of bidding and tende ring in China,such as the intuitive nature of bidding drawings,the precision of bill o f quantities,and the commercial bid and technical bid in bidding documents,which ne ed to be solved by introducing BIM technology;(2)It also analyzes how to use the technical characteristics of BIM to apply in t he bidding activities and firstly analyzes the optimization of bidding drawings and its advantages in preparing the bill of quantities.(3)It analyzes how to use the technical features of BIM to apply in bidding act ivities,and compile visual construction site plans,5D simulated construction schedule and special plans.(4)Based on the specific cases in this paper,the application of BIM technology in bidding is analyzed in detail.In the bidding stage,the project was dynamically dis played through BIM technology,the details of the project were introduced,and the bi dding drawings were optimized and adjusted.The accurate bill of quantities was obtained through BIM calculation software to ensure the accuracy of the bidding document s.(5)Based on the specific cases in this paper,the application of BIM technology in bidding is analyzed in detail.In the bidding stage,the bidder optimizes the constru ction site scheme through BIM technology,prepares the construction simulation schedu le and dynamic schedule,and prepares the special scheme design,so as to increase th e success rate of the bid.Through the elaboration of this paper,it analyzes the important role of BIM tec hnology in engineering bidding,analyzes the advantages brought by BIM technology,a nd provides a new possible means for China's engineering bidding,which has certain theoretical reference value. |
