Study On Cost Control In The Construction Project Bidding Stage

Now with the market economy of our country construction projects, the scale ofengineering construction investment gradually expand，construction project hasgradually increased, for these building project cost control also is particularlyimportant. Construction project cost control is throughout the whole process in theconstruction project, not limited in the implementation stage of the project or thesettlement after the implementation stage. The bidding stage of construction projectcost control is a kind of beforehand control stage, it is the prerequisite and basis ofbuilding project construction stage and settlement stage cost control, of constructionengineering project cost control effect on its investment control also has direct impact,this phase control is one of the important stage of the project cost control.This article researched the cost control of the construction bidding stage frommany angles. This paper researched and analyzed the domestic and foreignconstruction project bidding, construction project cost control and the bidding phaseof the cost control. Introduced the construction project bidding and the concept of thecost control and the bidding process and project cost composition, and based on these,analyzed seven big influence factors of the construction project bidding stage ofengineering cost control, introduced the importance of the bidding phase of costcontrol. Through to the building project bidding activities of the tender inviting party,the tenderer, agency and other party and many participants in project cost control onexisting problems were analyzed, and through the practical engineering often appearsin case to explain these problems in project cost is the main cause of out of control.Bidding stage of construction engineering cost control in related problems, and putforward eight specific measures should be adopted in the bidding phase cost control,so as to achieve the objective of can effectively control the project cost of biddingstage. On the basis of these, combined with the project of a practical case ofengineering quantity list valuation mode of construction engineering bidding stage ofcost control are demonstrated and analyzed.
