Research On Bidding Cost Model Of Construction Project Based On Life Cycle

With the development of China’s market economy,China began to implement the bidding system in the 1980 s.With the good development of the construction market,as well as the completely open construction market,the gross output value of the construction industry is increasing rapidly,which provides a good market opportunity for the construction enterprises to bid.With the continuous maturity and expansion of the construction market,it brings great impact to the bidding market of the construction industry market,and also brings great challenges to the construction enterprises.A more scientific and reasonable bidding decision-making system can improve the competitiveness of construction enterprises.From the perspective of bidders,this paper takes the bidding quotation of construction engineering projects as the research object,and studies the decision-making of bidding quotation of construction engineering projects based on the full life cycle.This paper first calculates the cost of construction project by establishing the cost model of construction project,and then principal component analysis(PCA)and SPSS are used The software processes the data corresponding to the factors that affect the bidding decision-making,extracts the main factors that affect the bidding decision-making of construction projects,eliminates many redundant factors that affect the bidding decision-making,and makes the data corresponding to each factor more visible.Then,based on the results of PCA,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE)is used to analyze and evaluate the values corresponding to the main influencing factors of various bidding schemes,and finally get the bidding quotation ranking of various schemes.At last,the paper points out some shortcomings in the research of bidding decision,and makes a prospect for the further researchBased on the theory and practice of the whole life cycle cost of the project and relevant theories such as bidding quotation decision,this paper summarizes the whole life cycle construction project cost and establishes the cost model of the whole life cycle construction project.Through the bidding decision model based on PCA-FCE model,it provides important reference for construction enterprises in bidding decision-making,and improves the competitiveness of construction enterprises.
