| In recent years,the rapid development of domestic market economy,the construction industry has gradually become one of the pillar industries of the national economy,but with the improvement of people’s quality of life,the shape of the building products,functionality,comfort and other requirements growing,resulting in attached to the construction project A substantial increase in the amount of information.According to the survey,the construction engineering industry,the lack of degree of coordination of engineering design,lack of information sharing,project quality is difficult to protect,the project is not clear and sophisticated management of many problems.The bidding stage as the stage to undertake design and construction stage of the transition phase,to maintain the integrity and accuracy of information transmission is particularly important.BIM technology application and development,can improve the efficiency of project management,reduce costs and promote the construction industry information process.Therefore,in order to improve the project management level of China’s construction industry bidding stage,the paper mainly on the bidders how to apply BIM technology in the recruitment stage to do the following research:Firstly,this paper fully understands and understands the current situation of BIM technology at home and abroad.On the basis of discussing the status and development trend of BIM technology at home and abroad,this paper introduces the related concepts and characteristics of BIM technology,such as coordination,visualization,Simulation,optimization,can be plotting,etc.On the other hand,in the analysis of existing bidding management problems,explain the advantages of BIM technology used in bidding stage.Secondly,the paper uses the BIM technology as the general idea of how the bidder applies the bidding stage,the overall analysis of BIM technology to introduce the field of bidding after the visual,engineering,a multipurpose,cloud sharing and other advantages;On the other hand,according to the business standard and technical standard of bidding stage,the author analyzes and discusses the BIM technology in the bidding quotation,5D virtual construction,Quality,cost,schedule and risk,and other aspects of the role and significance.Meanwhile,the paper design the management process of bidding stage based on BIM technology,Finally,the paper takes the library as the research object,and analyzes the application of BIM technology in the project bidding.Then the model is imported into the related software,which can connect the design stage with the bidding stage,and get the bill of quantities and the bidding control price quickly and efficiently to complete the bidding documents.Then,the research on the preparation of technical documents of bidding documents based on BIM technology is carried out.The emphasis is on three aspects: construction site layout,schedule and 5D virtual construction and template scaffold special preparation.The research shows that BIM technology can be applied in bidding stage,which can improve the efficiency of construction bidding documents and maintain the integrity of information transmission.At the same time in the BIM application process,the analysis of its application effect,the existing problems and put forward relevant solutions. |
