| In the context of the economic globalized market environment,the construction industry has ushered in a "new spring".While seeing market opportunities,it must also clearly recognize that competition pressure from inside and outside the construction industry is also increasing.So,scientific,standardized,systematic and process-oriented project cost management is the key to success.Based on the background,theories and methods of project cost management research,this article takes the second stage of HD project of LJ Construction Company as the research object,combined with the actual operation of the project,deeply analyzes the problems in the cost management of the second stage of HD project of LJ Construction Company,and provide implementation countermeasures for improving the cost management level of the second stage of HD project.First,this article conducts an in-depth investigation of LJ Construction Company’s cost management and HD project cost overview to find out the root cause of the large difference between the settlement profit of the HD project(completed)and the expected profit.Immediately afterwards,analyze the current situation of the cost management of the second stage of HD project and find out the problems in the cost management of the second stage of HD project.After exploration,the main problems are weak project period cost management,project cost management is not focused,and project cost management system is not perfect.Aiming at the pain points of the cost management of the second stage of HD project,this paper comprehensively uses the data model planning model solution,ABC classification and other research methods to obtain scientific project cost management strategies suitable for the first-line production of the second stage of HD project.The research path of this paper starts with decomposing the project work,establishes the project cost data model,uses Excel table planning and solving to find the optimal solution of the construction period quickly and accurately,and proposes the optimization measures of the construction period cost.At the same time,according to the cost of each component of the optimal solution of the construction period,the ABC classification method is used to find out the key points of management and control,and to propose on-site cost control optimization measures.On this basis,this article aims to improve the project cost management system,combined with management,summarizes and refines the optimization measures of the project cost management system.Through the comprehensive application of the research results,the cost management of the second stage of HD project has been improved initially.In half a year,the actual cost of the second stage of HD project was effectively controlled within the planned cost range,and the project benefit was improved significantly. |
