The use of traditional cars is one of the causes of resource shortage and environmental pollution in the new century,so the research and development of electric cars is of great significance.As an important part of hub-driven vehicle,electric wheel-suspension system has a decisive influence on the performance of the vehicle.This paper develops a special measuring and controlling test bench for electric wheel-suspension system,which has certain practical significance for the development and testing of hub-driven vehicles This paper focuses on the design of electric wheel-suspension system test stand and its measurement and control system.First,according to the structural requirements and functional principles of the test bench,the modular concept is adopted to design the overall scheme of the test bench,and the working motor of the test bench is simulated.Secondly,based on the overall design scheme of the test bench,3d software is used to design the vertical loading module,excitation module and pavement simulation module of the test bench,and a real prototype is manufactured through the design,installation and performance verification of the important components of the electric wheel suspension system.Finally,through Labview graphics programming software and related types of sensors,independently developed the data acquisition and control system of the test bench,built a complete test and control system of the test bench,and carried out the performance test of the electric wheel-suspension system to verify the feasibility of the test bench and the credibility of the test data.
