LabView-based Test System Of Suspension

Automobile suspension is one of important parts of the automobile, have a significant impact to the performance of the automobile.Suspension have a significant impact to maneuverability,comfort and security of automobile when vehicle speed is high, in order to ensure vehicle performance under high-speed exercise,the flexibility of the automobile suspension components,shock absorbers have are tested, maintaining good function of state is very important. This article describes the types of modern automobile suspension and their respective advantages and disadvantages,and analyzes the performance of vehicle suspension to the car. Performance on the analysis of vehicle suspension evaluation and testing of vehicle suspension performance standards based on Detection of vehicles suspension and set up "vehicles-test-bed" vibration model,using LabVIEW software performance testing of vehicle suspension system.For automobile suspension performance test system test circuit hardware design scheme and the automobile suspension damping performance test software design and the automobile suspension damping performance measurement and control system is designed and simulated.Automotive suspension control system tests the hardware circuit design on LabVIEW8.0 software development platform, the serial communications of virtual machines are selected for, the hardware circuit system is composed of the necessary sensors,data acquisition board.Automotive suspension control system software is designed according to modular thinking, top-down design, its main include:data acquisition, signal analysis and processing,data file storage and file read.Automotive suspension control system is simulated according to designed to test vehicle suspension control system hardware,developed measurement and control system hardware, after the hardware circuit debugging, the use of computers and auxiliary hardware for half the hardware simulation.By the computer and hardware to the half-hardware simulation results show that the design of vehicle suspension test system in technology is feasible.
