Research On Process Performance Evaluation System Of Office Construction Projects

Office construction projects are basic construction projects carried out by governments at all levels to enhance governance capability,ensure the operation of institutions,and use financial funds.Strengthening project performance management has practical significance for improving the effectiveness of project funds.Existing performance evaluation methods mainly use project mid-evaluation and post-evaluation to provide reference for construction plan adjustment and later project decision-making,and cannot optimize the management of the project construction implementation process.This thesis analyzes the status quo of the performance evaluation of the office construction projects,builds a project process performance evaluation system,and proposes a project process performance evaluation method to achieve dynamic supervision of the project construction process.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Analyze the status quo and problems of performance management of office construction projects.Clarify the concept and characteristics of the construction project of the organization,analyze the organizational structure of the project management department,collect and sort out relevant literature,understand the problems in project management under the current performance management model,point out the deficiencies and limitations in the current performance evaluation method through expert interviews,and propose a construction The idea of process performance evaluation system.(2)Build a performance evaluation system for the office construction projects.With reference to relevant document regulations and literature,the project construction process is divided into four working stages: project preparation,project preparation,construction implementation,and completion filing,which are further decomposed into work links,analysis and extraction of key work evaluation indicators in the work link,and integration of performance Evaluation index collection.Applying analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method,from the work stage to the work link to the evaluation index,gradually solve and get the comprehensive weight of the evaluation index,and build a process performance evaluation system.(3)Propose a method for evaluating the performance of the construction project of the agency.By defining the dynamic parameters of performance evaluation and the contribution value of evaluation indicators,the relationship with the corresponding expected value of the project is established.By analyzing the dynamic parameter value of performance evaluation and the contribution value of evaluation index,it is found that the completed work is insufficient and the direction of improvement is pointed out,so as to realize the process management of the organization's construction project and enhance the efficiency of the use of financial funds.(4)Examples of process performance evaluation of application office construction projects.Using the research results to analyze the evaluation data of the D unit skirt house expansion project,and by analyzing the process performance evaluation dynamic parameters,performance deviation value and evaluation index contribution value,it is found that there are some deficiencies in some work links in the project construction process.After inquiries and analysis,find out specific work problems for rectification,and dynamically adjust the project construction during the process.The research results of this thesis can be used for the performance management of the construction projects of real organizations to improve the efficiency of project construction.
