| With the complex and comprehensive development of construction engineering,continuous internal conflicts and frequent economic disputes,higher requirements are put forward for project management.To establish a scientific and reasonable project management process system and continuously promote the overall efficiency of project engineering has become an important way to effectively solve the development bottleneck.This paper regards the whole project and process,analyzes and optimizes each work process from the overall point of view,continuously improves the system management ability by using the integration idea,strengthens the overall control of the construction project,and finally realizes the maximization of the project investment return.Based on the theory of process optimization,this paper analyzes and studies the core workflow of the 6# building construction project of T company by using the three factor analysis method,describes in detail the process of the project in the aspects of project bidding management,plan management,project change management and fund payment management,and uses the process diagnosis method to break down the problems exposed in the above key processes,to clarify the defects of process management in the construction of No.6 building of T company,and analyze the causes of these problems.At the same time,in view of the problems and their causes,this paper puts forward targeted measures to optimize the management process of the 6# building construction project of T company from four aspects: planning management process,project bidding management process,project change management process and cost control management process.Based on the background of the 6# building project of T company,this paper uses the advanced process optimization theory to analyze and study the actual cases,focuses on the typical projects,concretizes the problems,puts forward the constructive process optimization improvement measures,and provides important reference for the same type of construction projects. |
