| With the continuous deepening of economic development and government reform,China has become a major trading country and shipping country in the world.The annual import and export trade volume through shipping is more than 4 trillion,and the number of ships attached to China’s ports is more than 400000,which also ushers in a better development for the international shipping agency industry.In 2019,China put forward the vision of "a powerful transportation country".As an integral part of the shipping industry,the development of the international shipping agency industry is of great significance to the development of China’s shipping industry.It is worth noting that under the background of the State Council’s"deregulation service" reform,the regulatory focus of the China government on the international ship agency industry has gradually shifted from pre-approval to supervision in the process and after-event.At present,the downturn of World Trade and shipping market has a lot of adverse effects on China’s international shipping agency industry,and there are still many problems in China’s government’s supervision of the international shipping agency industry.In order to truly take supervision as a powerful starting point,to cope with the risk challenges facing the international ship agency industry,and then to promote the sea transportation industry in China from a big to a strong one,how to improve the regulatory status of the international ship agency industry in China and formulate more effective regulatory countermeasures is the main problem of this paper.Based on the theory of market failure,government intervention,and multiple governance,this article uses literature analysis,comparative research and questionnaire method to analyze the role of China government in the international shipping agency industry.First of all,it lists the current situation of the development and supervision of China’s international ship agency industry,and then through the analysis of the current situation to find out the existing problems in the current supervision of China’s Government in the international ship agency industry.Then,the advanced experience and excellent measures of these developed countries in the international ship agency industry are summed up by collecting the regulatory materials of the United States,Singapore and other countries on the international ship agency industry.Finally,combined with the third chapter of China’s international ship agency industry supervision problems and the fourth chapter of the international advanced experience,according to the requirements of our government to the in-process and post regulatory transformation,the paper puts forward countermeasures for China’s international ship agency industry supervision.Through the above methods,this paper finally gives suggestions on the Supervision Countermeasures of China’s international ship agency industry from three aspects:regulatory mechanism,industry laws and regulations,and employee management.Its innovation lies in that an independent regulatory body should be set up for the supervision of China’s international ship agency industry,and the principle of "professional people do professional things" should be adopted in the allocation of regulatory personnel.In addition,the role of ship agency industry association should be played to stimulate the initiative of industry self-discipline.It is very important to ensure the orderly supervision of China’s international ship agency industry and the participation and efforts of all parties.This paper studies the problems and Countermeasures in the supervision of China’s international ship agency industry from the perspective of market thinking and government supervision,hoping to provide reference for the supervision of relevant government departments,so as to contribute to the healthy and sustainable development of China’s international ship agency industry and even the maritime industry.Through the above methods,this paper finally gives suggestions on the Supervision Countermeasures of China’s international ship agency industry from three
